beautiful property. you find yourself among a grove of olive and citrus trees, a vineyard, a swimming pool -- all with the backdrop and view of the sea. Francesco's aunt lives on the property and tended to our needs - from local recommendations to helping with the heat. we were allowed to pick oranges to press some of our own Sicilian orange juice. our son loved playing in the private patio and sleeping in the upper bunk bed.

This is perhaps the finest AirBnB we have stayed at in all of our travels. As we were only passing through, we only stayed one day; however, this is a place you could easily be comfortable staying for a longer duration. Maria was very kind and communicated well with us. We were welcomed by her and her son onto their very beautiful and private residence. The house was well appointed and felt very welcoming and comfortable. Completely as described (if not better). We would definitely stay here again for a longer vacation.

The apartment was in a wonderful, historic family homestead located on an estate of olive groves, with breath-taking views from the rooftop terrace of two of the temples at the nearby archeological site of the Valley of the Temples, which were especially stunning when lit up at night. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, and although small, the bathrooms functioned perfectly. The apartment was extremely handy for the Archeological Museum and the Valley of the Temples although a car was definitely required to access the property. Mario and his father Mimmo were lovely hosts who were warm and friendly, with great communication. They obviously have great pride in their family history and are keen to ensure their guests have a enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!
