Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Victor Harbor - Goolwa

Quiet and great location. Private pool was a hit with the kids and games room. Close to shopping centre and restaraunts. House clean and very welcoming.

Great location, fabulous house. Our 4 teenagers particularly liked the 'games' room located at the back of the property. There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived but Kylie responded promptly to our messages and was speedy and professional in remedying the problems. We'll definitely book again.

The host was quickly responsive, the house was pristine, clean and comfy, and the hosts even left us some wonderful goodies in the fridge to enjoy which were wonderful gestures! The house suited our needs for 3 adult children with partners and a toddler. The upstairs is spacious and rooms downstairs were suitable too. Room 3 downstairs has a double bed bunk as per description. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and we could do what we needed to. The lovely large cheese board was put to great use. Walking distance to the beach. Moana Beach that has plenty of parking and allows cars on the beach is close by too. Although the road runs in front of the house the traffic was not an issue. Watched some beautiful sunsets from the patio.

Great place to relax with your family or friends. We have 3 boys - a young adult and two teenagers and they loved the place. Close to the beach for surfing/swimming/walking and lovely to relax in the spa or play pool. Plenty of room and bedrooms. Lots of crockery to use and the bedding was fresh, spotless and comfortable. A responsive host and we have left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would recommend and will return.

Great location with easy access to local restaurants. The house has great views and has ample space and amenities for guests. Would recommend to others.

My husband and I loved the place. It was right in the middle of very touristic area, yet felt quite and private. It is literally minutes away by foot to the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. We had our own car which we could park on the street without any issues. We will definitely stay there again when in Adelaide.

Susie & Dean are great Hosts! They are always available & respected our privacy. Treehouse is a beautiful designed, & well built. The amount of glass provides endless views in all directions-day and night. The surroundings are lovely, vineyards abound, birds, rooms, peacocks etc. fun place the chill and relax. Treehouse is an excellent get-a-way for couples. Comfortable and inviting, private, close to beaches and excellent restruants. We highly recommend Susie & Dean's Treehouse for a classy experience.

OMG!! Do not bring a thing...literally. Gracious host Damir had everything prepared for us and plenty of beautiful breakfast provisions. And to top it off, we are just 2 minutes walk from the main street. What a great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here. We got ready the morning of our wedding and it was so peaceful and calm. Jo was great and very flexible with check in and check out. Would absolutely stay in this beautiful place again in a heartbeat.

Wow what an absolutely amazing place Jess has. We were so incredibly happy with our stay. The villa was super modern with amazing furnishings and amenities. The beds, pillows and linen were all super comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with items to use. The lounge area was bright and gorgeous. Outdoor area was amazing and the spa was fantastic. The most important things for me when I stay somewhere is a quiet location with no outside noise and comfortable dark rooms and Jess’ place has these things. The location is perfect- we walked everywhere and didn’t need our car once. Will be coming back to stay because we loved it so much! 11/10!

Lucy was a fantastic host. Her home was presented exactly as described and pictured on Air bnb. The home had plenary of thoughtful details like a cocktail making station and phone chargers by the beds! We had an issue with the dishwasher and kitchen plumbing (these things happen!) and Lucy was super responsive and apologetic and left us an additional bottle of lovely SA Riesling to compensate. Would not hesitate to recommend this peaceful stay in the heart of one of Adelaide’s finest suburbs

Fantastic place! The cabin style was nice and cosy

Loved our cabin so much (Torquay), the surrounding gardens and other cabins were stunning. High attention to detail was evident everywhere. Close to the beach and everything we needed was nearby. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. We brought an international guest with us and they were impressed with everything.
