Alessandra is a delightful person,always available and ready for any of our requests. the people who live in the building are friendly and always say hello. We spent several days in Alessandra's apartment. We had a great time. It has all the comforts you can have in your home. nothing is missing and it is also very close to supermarkets, sandwich shop, ice cream shop, bar/pastry shop for breakfast (one of the best in Livorno), fishmonger, butcher, herbalist, beautician, etc. There is really everything and very close.. Quiet and cozy area there is always parking near the apartment...

everything perfect, magnificent location

Nice, clean place and well located. Only issue was noise but this is out of owner's control. Dogs barking, rooster's crowing, road noise made it difficult to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were very helpful and hospitable. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully appointed. They had included everything to make our stay enjoyable. We liked the location also as it was peaceful but also within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed using the cycles which were provided to ride to Marina di Pisa along the cycle path. Highly recommend this apartment, it is exceptional.
