Holiday rentals with a sauna in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Central

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

What a sweet apartment! Jo's place is as central as it gets, 3-4 minute walking distance from Britomart, Queen's St., the ferry terminal, and all that Auckland's CBD has to offer, yet it's so quiet and peaceful! The two balconies are a treasure, with a direct view of Emily's Place little park which feels as if it's your front yard. There's hardly any traffic in the street and I woke up every morning with the birds chirping and singing. Then coffee on the balcony... What a treat. The apartment is cosy and beautifully decorated, as in the pictures. The bed is the most comfortable I slept in during my two-month trip, with a mattress that feels like a cloud and the highest quality sheets. Everything was sparkling clean, looked and smelled and felt fresh and new. And Jo is the kindest, sweetest host. The epitome of kiwi hospitality. I can't wait to come back!

The size of the house and facilities provided were very good for a 7 night stay for our family; my wife and I, our sons and partners and 2 young grandsons. Checkin was simple and we found a very clean house. Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The owners were very responsive to a couple of queries we had and even provided some additional facilities to assist us, thank you. The house appears to be a 1970-80s style and fit out, and had numerous useful living/ dining areas. Our family and especially our grandchildren loved the swimming pool, spa (which was always warm) and the sauna; the large pool table provided lots of fun and entertainment for the men of the family. There is a small but useful shopping block about 600m away at the start of the street where we purchased supplies, had a meal, and regular morning coffee and snacks, very useful. Lastly, there is a lovely long riverside walkway and parks within a couple of mins walk.

Stunning location, Eisa’s photos do not do her lovely home justice! Her home is even more beautiful in person. Very open and relaxed atmosphere. Eisa is a great host and very proactive with great recommendations and very responsive. Clean and very straightforward check in/ out.

The pool and facilities were very good. It felt like I was at a resort, and they responded quickly to any communication.

Kerri had been very easy to communicate with, she responds fast and has been very supportive and friendly from the get go. The location of this place is perfect for visitors who prefer to discover Auckland on foot, ferry, public transportation. The unit is spacious enough for 2 people and it was truly immaculate with an easy and well described check-in and check out process. The appliances are very sophisticated and easy to use. Kerri put a lot of attention to detail in furnishing this place. Her information on local restaurants and sightseeing were very accurate as we tested some. There are lots of interesting places within a 15 minute walking radius.

Great Location with easy motorway access, the supermarket a short walk, a beautiful park across the road and the city/ponsonby minutes away. We loved the apartment with modern furniture, good quality appliances, kitchen well stocked with everything you need, vacuum easy to use, comfy beds, netflix, good quality clean linen, and clean apartment. The hosts really strive to do a great job of ensuring your stay is comfortable and stress free, which is a huge relief when everything actually works and you have what you need. The added bonus is the pool, spa and gym. We loved our stay and would have loved to have stayed longer. Thank you!! :)

Rebeccas place was a peaceful place to stay for a few days near Auckland. She was so flexible with our check in/out. We didnt get to enjoy the pool because of weather but the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen & breakfast provided were great. The shower with the huge window was fantastic & so unique.

Fiona was very understanding when I got a bit confused between bookings. We stayed as close to family as was possible and the area in Parnell is our favourite part of Auckland. Would recommend NonSolo for dinner any day of the week
