Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Central

Very nice apartment in a quiet area of Auckland. Mia and Sam were great hosts and always helped with all our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect and the apartment had everything we looked for: it was perfectly clean and spacious, had a balcony with a nice view, a well equipped kitchen, a large TV and it was close enough to restaurants, shops etc. We would highly recommend this place also for a longer stay. 5 stars!

Fantastic location in the CBD - walkable to buses, trains, and ferries, plus shopping restaurants, and everything else downtown Auckland has to offer! The apartment is small, but the space is used well and perfect for a single or couple traveling—very similar to a hotel room (with a nice kitchenette) as it is in fact on the premises of a hotel. The property is nicely equipped with amenities like the rooftop pool, Jacuzzi, and tennis courts. Kerri is a fabulous host, and we would absolutely stay here again. I stayed at the LaQuinta in Ellerslie in 2024 so I wanted the area. I wasn’t expecting it to be in the same building. The place was perfect. The balcony was an added plus as well as the cleaning supplies etc. Melanie was always on point in responding. The only possible downfall is the parking. It’s not close… but I expected that. I love this place. I would definitely stay again!

Great location, beautifully set apartment building right next to the water, makes for beautiful day/ night walks. Lime scooters right outside make for a fun way to explore the area. Loads of restaurants nearby in commercial bay/viaduct area, plus short drive from city. Mel an absolute pleasure to deal with, gave early check in & quick to solve any issues.

Location: Perfect restaurants, shopping, catholic church, near cruise port. Host: Lain appreciates quick responses to our questions. Place highly recommend.

Lum is, as always, the best Airbnb host! This is my favourite place to stay on my 5-day work trips to Auckland - feels like home, everything you need plus so easy to walk to Parnell, the domain, the waterfront and also perfectly located for easy motorway access for work commute. When I can, I book months in advance to make sure I can stay here when I'm in Auckland. Thanks Lum!

The accommodation was great with everything we needed and Heidi was super helpful. The outside are was an added bonus and perfect to have! Highly recommend and a great host.

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.

After an 18 day cruise across the Pacific, it was great to be welcomed at such a beautiful condo. The unit is spacious and has “drop dead” gorgeous views. We used the deck every evening to have a glass of wine and watch the harbor activity. It was magical. The unit is well equipped with very comfortable beds. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of towels etc. The complex is quiet which we appreciated. Never a noise issue. But if you want “life” it is a short walk to the quay which has many restaurants and bars. We found this to be the perfect location to get to know Auckland. We hope to return in the future.

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

Great location, close to good restaurants, cafes. Awesome views. Place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Will be coming back!

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

Sharon was absolutely amazing to communicate with, responded promptly and was very accommodating with an early check in & slightly later check out. The apartment was in a great central location and the park & pay sites nearby were handy if you have a car. The instructions to locate the key were clear & precise although we found it entertaining trying to find the lock boxes, it was like a treasure hunt haha overall great stay, we would go back again :)

I had a very comfortable stay, the place was just as described. It is very handy to Brown's Bay and Albany. Everything was very easy ie check in and the amenities.I would happily stay there again next time I am on the shore.
