Family-friendly holiday rentals in Verem

It was a nice stay. We had a lot of fun in the pool. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the caretaker Prem was very friendly and cooperative. The host always responded to our messages quickly. We had a seamless late night checkin and an early morning checkout without any problems. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

The place was neat and clean . Washrooms , rooms and everything was clean. Clean towels and bedsheets. Service was prompt. Mr. Raju was very helpful in all our requests. There are multiple entries and known cafe nearby Ventilation in the washroom can be improved. The place is in a residential area where multiple AirBnb's are operating. So you do NOT get the Goa peaceful vibe , but a great place to come home after roaming all the day. I would recommend this stay and above value for money.

If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

Great property to stay ! It is very well kept and it matches the description. If you are in group and prefer a more homely set up with decent amenities, this is worth exploring. Nearly everything is accessible from the place. They are a great hosts !

Amazing place to be in Goa as a group or family to create memories. The Villa is homely and has been decorated with great details. We were group of eight and had a great time. Even the smallest things are taken care for amenities. We got the best hospitality from the service staff.Ashok was always there for any call. The chef Aunty’s food was out of the world cooked with love.All of us wished we would have stayed 1 more day. We all highly recommend it.

We were there for 2 months. Exceptional host. Great communication. There was a problem with the fridge, he bought a brand new one. We mentioned the bed was quite hard, he bought us a brand new mattress topper. The WiFi was weak in the bedroom, he got new separate hub installed. He provided washing liquid for machine. He organised taxi pick up from airport and agreed very early check in. The place was cleaned regularly.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. It’s a tiny villa that is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. All the beaches are just a 15–20 minute drive away. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Ragani and Jayant's place was absolutely perfect, and they were so lovely to communicate with throughout our stay. From the moment we walked in it felt like a home away from home. It was so beautifully decorated, super clean, quiet, and perhaps one of the first places I've ever really felt like home in Goa. The staff are exceptional, and truly made us feel welcomed. We have a 2 year old daughter and it was the perfect space for her as well as there is a pool, and plenty of space to walk around, and plenty of friendly dogs for her to pet and play with. We loved it so much, that we're actually coming back sooner than expected - we clearly can't get enough. Secretly, we don't want anyone to find out how amazing it is, or it will be booked up next time we come back (LOL), but it truly is a wonderful space. Thank you so much Ragani and Jayant for hosting us, and creating such a wonderful space in Goa. We can't wait to come back <3

The house was stunning, the food was fantastic, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations before and during our stay. The caretaker was polite and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The pool was definitely the highlight—a perfect spot to unwind and relax. An ideal place to escape with friends or family. Would highly recommend!

What a special place! Quiet, beautiful & lusciously stylish and comfortable. Anthony looked after us so well without being intrusive. The place is well equipped with everything you need including drinking water on tap. The pool is really well maintained and such a sun trap! The beds are large and comfortable and the waters hot and the shower heads are huge! The little village is walkable where you can get your fresh fruit and veggies and fresh bread everyday. There is a restaurant which is a 35 minute walk away that does good tasty food. We felt incredibly safe and well looked after with someone to call on if we needed. If you’re looking for a gorgeous little hide away to sink in and relax then this definitely ticks all the boxes. It’s a stunning place which is obviously well loved by its owners and an air b&b that is run with care and attention.

The pool area was a lovely place to relax after exploring nearby Baga Beach. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to restaurants and attractions.
