We loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful and the view from the terrace is stunning. We never wanted to leave. Lots of natural light. Anna was very kind and helpful. For example: she greeted us when we arrived, helped us understand local public transit, and gave us recommendations for coffee. It's a really special spot

Feel like a true Venetian in this lovely apartment right off of the Grand Canal! It is very convenient for arrivals at Santa Lucia railway station or Piazzale Roma. The apartment is full of natural light and spacious. Open one of the windows and see the view outside - gorgeous and dreamy! The double shower is unique and the water pressure is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We fully recommend! Don't hesitate to book! Michele met my husband and I at Piazzale Roma when we arrived. He walked us back to the apartment and pointed out the places to avoid and those to go to. He went above and beyond with helping us settle in and to feel comfortable navigating Venice. He and his wife provide a detailed list of their favorite restaurants and other local places to visit. They left us some locally bought treats to enjoy - yummy! We felt very cared for. Easy check-in, great communication, and wonderful hosts! Grazie mille!
