Nandan’s place was modern, well equipped, and spacious. It was mostly clean except for some ants and other small issues. He was very responsive, communicative, and flexible with check in. The building has beautiful water views and lots of amenities like a pool, sauna, gym, and patios overlooking Marine drive. The flat is located in great area with easy access to Marine Drive, Queens Walkway, water metro, and all that Ernakulam has to offer. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

Stayed at this beautiful home for 2 days with my friends and it felt right at home. The house is clean, tidy and felt like we were at the right place for the stay. The host #Vinaya was wonderful always responsive, proactively checking if everything we needed was there and very helpful which made our stay even more wonderful, couldn’t say less. Would definitely recommend the stay for any travellers looking for a place that felt home.

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Thanks Sajid & Hashim for a great stay!

Our stay at this homestay was unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with fb warmth and hospitality by our hosts and their family. The comfortable accommodation made us feel at home, but what truly stood out was the delicious, food . We enjoyed sharing meals with our hosts like family. We were fortunate to visit during the Onam festival and joined in the celebrations with our hosts and their community. It was a unique experience that made us feel part of their family. We can't recommend this homestay enough—it's truly worthwhile!

It's a spacious house located on a beautiful piece of land. Hardy and his brother were amazing hosts! The little thought of having a sanitizer in the welcome kit, keeping in the mind the coroncavirus scare at the time was very thoughtful!

Sajid helped us a lot regarding stay and our irregular check out timings. He arranged bikes and car despite being it being a Sunday. It was a good stay overall. Would recommend.

One of the most 'Value for Money' properties listed in AirBnB. Extremely happy and satisfied with the hospitality provided by the owner Giju and Family. It was indeed pleasure to interact with Giju and his wife and a very playful interaction with their adorable puppy pet dog named Snow. Rooms were very near and clean and matched to the images shown in AirBnB. Multiple and sufficient lights and charging points . Bed is huge enough to accomodate a couple with 1-2 kids easily. Washroom is decently equipped and quite neat and clean.
