Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

We are a family of 7 and recently visited Kodaikanal. We were looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay, and we found Jarcanda Villa. It was the perfect place for our family! The villa is a beautiful vintage property that is very well maintained, with plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, making sure we felt at home. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the breathtaking views. The host was incredibly friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. One of the highlights was the barbecue – it was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend everyone try it. The campfire experience in Kodaikanal’s cool climate was unforgettable and really added a special touch to our trip. While a few things in the bathroom could use some attention, these minor negatives are completely overshadowed by the positives of the property. We highly recommend Jarcanda Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and enjoyable getaway!!!

I had an amazing stay at a super clean and well-maintained Airbnb in Kodaikanal. The rooms were neat and tidy, with a stunning view from both the balcony and bedroom. The location was calm, quiet, and private, yet easily accessible to the main town. The kitchen was fully equipped with a cooking gas stove and fridge, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Although car parking was 50 meters away, it wasn’t a hassle. The helpful caretaker made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a perfect spot for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

The host and the manager welcomed us properly. The host gave us early check-in which helped us a lot. The food from the local kitchen (home made food) is of little expensive but the taste if by far the best in the town. I would surely come and stay for sure and will recommend the villa.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 13 people and occupied the entire villa. Every mentioned amenities are accurate. Rooms are very spacious. Interiors attract the most. Maintained well and extremely clean. Host is very responsive and helped with smooth checkin and check out. Caretaker was very helpful and was available whenever we needed something. Pictures doesn't justify the beauty of the villa, it's more beautiful in real and very well maintained.

George is an excellent host, very responsive and attentive, always checking in to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The cottage is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and with a neat bathroom. It's conveniently located right on Lake Road, making it easy to find. The area is calm and peaceful, with a beautiful garden that added to the charm. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the portable heaters in both rooms kept us warm during the chilly nights. Priya, the caretaker, is an absolute gem. Her homemade food is delicious, and we ended up not eating out at all because her cooking was so good! She was always responsive to our needs. We stayed with our 1-year-old and 3-year-old, and both of them enjoyed the space and environment immensely. We will definitely visit again in the future. Highly recommend!

we felt right at home the min we checked in. would have been great to stay for a day or two longer... special mention to Mr. Levin the manager who was very helpful throughout our short but very sweet stay!

a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.

I suggest this place for those who enjoy calm and beautiful stay. The entire property was clean and the host was good and responsive. However the location is about 20 km far from munnar and also don't expect any nearby restaurants (but the host will deliver us the food items if we tell him).Also if u are planning for cooking ,there are local shops for buying groceries.
