Good location, tidy, clean and excellent communication with the host

A great place to relax

The property is spacious, huge kitchen and very clean! We had to book it in an emergency and it was available immediately. Located on the 5th floor with elevator and two spacious parking lots available. The area is well quiet but connected to the city center in 2 minutes via direct private street to the main avenue of San Juan. I would stay on site again.

Fantastic place and an outstanding, caring host! On our first day in the Dominican Republic, before we had a chance to get our bearings, we drove directly from the airport to Rosina's place. I cannot overemphasize how helpful Rosina was with her recommendations, from places to visit to where to get groceries. The property is absolutely beautiful and sits right on the river. Check-in was as easy as it could be. There are many lovely places to explore in the area, including the waterfall with several cascades where you can swim, and Enriquillo Lake—a unique saltwater lagoon teeming with birds. The stillness of the water, with its sleepy crocodiles, forms a stark contrast to the lively bird activity. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the last five miles of the drive if it’s raining, but there’s nothing too challenging.
