We had a fantastic stay. The place was comfortable, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The house was as described, with all listed amenities. If you are looking for a place with a serene atmosphere and fresh air, this is the place. Bharathapuzha and a few temples are within walking distance. The host was very responsive. The caretaker, Kuttan Chettan, was super helpful. He provided delicious Kerala food at a nominal price. We would love to come back here. NB: You can enjoy beautiful paintings too.

This is a great place to stay with your family. We went as a family and really enjoyed the place. Host is totally awesome. She made us feel at home. She arranged home made authentic food and gave us lot of options. Our kids liked the place as it was spacious to play. Please be mindful that this location is slightly interior and we had a car so access was not a problem. That being said you can reach beach and other places within 15/20 mins. Gladly will visit again. Worth every penny👍

Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

New building, extremely clean apartment, beautiful furniture, needed amenities were there, Praveen met us when we arrived and on check out. Would recommend others.
