We really liked the stay, we surely repeated next year. The house is beautiful, it is like your home, it has a personality, it has an older appearance but everything works well and is taken care of, they make you want to stay...the garden and the pool give life, the whole family was super comfortable! Especially my daughter and my dogs. Congratulations Irina and thank you for your hospitality.

This place was absolutely perfect. We rested well, we walked to the local restaurant and market and it was a quick, beautiful drive to the ski resort. The roads were perfectly clear, even though it had snowed prior to our arrival. The place was spotless. And to be able to park our car in a garage that opens to the property was a bonus. The place had both a washer and a dryer to wash our clothes we used for skiing. I would say that not having access to WiFi was a downfall, but that had us playing board games as a family and actually made the time better. (There was cable TV and a strong cell signal). We loved this place and cannot wait to return! Definitely 5+ stars!

The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a great terrace. The owner was very kind and generous, also providing breakfast products. He also gave us helpful tips about places to visit and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent location (beach front), good communal pool, it is appreciated to have a car space in the development. Very well located to tour the entire area of Denia (although it is necessary to take the car, but it is rare not to be able to find parking) The bungalow is perfectly reflected in the photos, although they do not collect something that has been fundamental during our stay: the air conditioning... The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very well mounted. The blinds in the upper bedroom go down completely (for those of us who like to sleep with total darkness that is a plus, although light always comes in from the bottom). Beatriz has been a great host. Very responsive to help with everything you need before arrival, and always available during the stay (there was a small inconvenience but she managed her resolution at the moment, so it's like it hadn't happened). Oh, and something to keep in mind - our cat loved it too! 😉

Just like the photos, a coffee station is missing.

Nice, comfortable apartment. We have really enjoyed the terrace that is a luxury, and having direct access to the pool. Careful and quiet community, but at the same time close to Arenal beach.

upon arrival Victor's family helped us with our bags (we were 2 adults and 2 children) The house was clean and just like in the photos. It is very well located, close to the beach, close to the bus/tram stop, close to supermarkets and places to eat. It also has a large pool accessible all year round Both Victor and his family were very kind and helpful at all times. The only negative we found is that the beds were not so comfortable for us

Apartment with all amenities, hot, 5 min from 1700 Valdelinares station. In the village they have a bar that we went to two nights and a small shop to buy just right. Basi gave us all the directions to make our stay pleasant.

Isabel was a very responsive host who was always helpful. It was great to meet her as she greeted us at the residence & ensured we knew all the essentials for our stay. Lovely residence, clean, quiet. Ground floor with lift facility which was great for us. Spacious apartment that was clean with all items you would need for a stay (including toiletries, plenty of towels!). Having a washing machine to use was a saviour for a family with young children. Location - wonderful area, clean beach on your doorstep, which you had the view of from spacious balcony. We utilised the Tram - stop was right outside residence - clean & very affordable public transport - which we took into main Alicante & also El Campello. But lovely promenade you could walk for miles if you wanted to! Friendly locals & well stocked mercado approx 10mins walk away. We very much enjoyed our stay & recommend Isabel’s accommodation. Great hostess. Beautiful and comfortable penthouse. The village and comarca are beautiful.

The piso of Alejandra is in a great location. The view of the sea is fantastic and it has everything you need! Communication was super uncomplicated and fast... We will be happy to come back :)
