Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Valencian Community

Joonas's apartment is an absolutely exceptional place! It has everything you can dream of: beautiful design, very spacious and comfortable living room, perfect size bedroom! This place is great!! If you are staying in Valencia this neighbourhood is a great choice, there is everything you need close by and everything is in walking distance! This apartment is on a quieter street, has a bright clean and safe entrance hall and a lift! The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly ever need and more!! We have never seen a better equipped place! The hosts met us at exactly the time we arrived and explained everything clearly and followed this up with messsages and pictures of the equipment so we knew everything (great prompt communication) The bathroom was clean and spacious (seemed bigger than the pictures!) there was loads of wardrobe/storage space, the couch was comfortable, the balcony was lovely to sit out on. The bed and pillows were comfy and I slept very well! Highly recommend this place, it lacked nothing! Ten stars 🌟

There were four of us as a family at James's place in the beginning of November. The weather was great. 23 degrees during the day. We used basketball and tennis courts. (You would have to bring the balls and rackets.) Heated pool and hot tubs and the pool bar with kitchen was very pleasant and delicious. Gym was very popular. We did not use the sauna. We would have borrowed a bike, tried paragliders, drove scooters if we had time. Great, undisturbed view from the balcony accessible from all rooms. The 2 bathrooms was very convenient for us 4 adults! From the airport we have taxi (10 min. 17 euros). In the week we drove to the airport again and still rented a car. There were a lot of customers in the car rental but we got a car with normal price. The parking space at the place was very convenient! It was easy and very nice to communicate with James, we would love to come again in autumn-winter.

Check in / out very easy, we arrived late and left early and it was catered for no problem. Really nice clean apartment.

The view was amazing from the apartment, and perfect for sunbathing when the sun shone (it was November). It was a pleasure to wake up to it every day. The apartment had all we needed for a short stay and was attractive and clean. If you can manage a walk to ‘The Cross’ then a walk up hill to this apartment is fine! Hopefully we will stay again.

We stayed at Sergio's apartment for a short stay with our teenage kids. We arrived before check in time, but Sergio was happy to let us go to the apartment to leave our luggage. He was always very responsive and gave us lots of local tips. First of all, the views over the City of Arts and Sciences and Calatrava's amazing architecture from the apartment are just sublime! This is the tallest tower in the area and the views from the 11th floor apartment are totally unobstructed. The apartment was modern, clean, tidy and comfortable. It was chilly at night but the heating warmed up the apartment very quickly making it nice and cozy. The location is great too - the City of Arts and Sciences is just a couple of minutes walk away, and it is about a 20 minute walk to the old town and historical centre of Valencia. The area has quite a few restaurants and shops but it is very quiet and peaceful with little traffic or noise. Definitely a great place to stay in Valencia, we'll be back!

Family week in Karen's apartment super well,it is very cozy and quiet, good location, main services nearby. There is a park where the kids have a wonderful time In the pool the children have enjoyed a lot. They were always on the lookout for us. Thank you.

The apartment absolutely corresponded to the hostess's description. Since we first booked through Airbnb, we were a little skeptical and excited. However, completely unfounded! Check-in went smoothly and we were shown the facility as well as the apartment in peace. The apartment was very clean and is super modern, there is even air conditioning that we liked to use. The unit is well maintained and large. We loved staying at the large pool which was also very well maintained. We liked to drive to Vinaros about 15 kilometers away to the sea. There were four of us, including two children, in the apartment and we were very satisfied.

Apartment was clean and in great condition. Very well planned with sunroof. Marina was quick to provide information and get back to you in case of questions. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Would love to come back to this apartment. Kind regards, Christer

Impeccable apartment, there is everything you need. The quiet and beautiful location with a beautiful pool . Supermarkets are a 10-minute drive. The owner is attentive We highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Stef's place. The residence is amazing. Several pools available are an interior. The complex really has everything we need. Stef is always very responsive! Thanks to this place, we had a great vacation.

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

We stayed here for a month, and had everything we needed for long stay. House is cosy, neighbourhood feels private.

Lovely accommodation and decor really recommend!

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

My wife left a bag of personal affects behind and they were very helpful in sending it to us. Thanks1

Everything was simply perfect. Not much else i could say. The house is exactly like on the pictures, and esther and her husband are excellent hosts, with high attention to details, how to make tenants feel comfortable. The house is in excellent shape, recently totally renovated, and it has all the amenities you need for a stay like home. Highly recommended.
