Small, cozy cottage in natural, rural surroundings in the beautiful valley of light. Convenient furnishings, very clean space, straightforward and friendly host. We enjoyed our stay in the small village and had everything we needed.

Wonderful place to stay for a quick getaway in the mountains.

We stayed 2 nights in Degen. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ronny's parents who live in the same house. Everything was well explained and we felt comfortable right from the start. In the morning it had snowed and Marcel freed our car from the snow, so we could leave right away - super service!! Conclusion: highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay in Lumbrein for Christmas! Daniela was hospitable, the apartment was comfortable, and the kitchen was fine for our cooking needs. The village was perfect because it is away from the ski infrastructure and therefore very calm and quiet. Easy access to some well maintained hiking trails to Vrin and to Vella. Stunning views from up above the village! We arrived by bus which leaves you just a 5-7 min walk to Daniela's apartment. It was very snowy but the local roads are maintained well enough to walk around even with our bags. There is a small shop in the village with all the basics. This is a perfect location to enjoy beautiful winter in Lumbrein!
