Monthly Rentals in Val-du-Mignon

Very nice surprise to see that this is not a studio but a small apartment with a separate bedroom. Very well-equipped for an Airbnb When we arrived there was green tomato jam, coffee, chocolate, milk ... Maryse thought of everything, and it's very nice. Thank you so much. A little far from La Rochelle but the road is still very good . Beware of the toilet which is a foldable curtain and the bathroom which also has a curtain as a door . With family, this is not too inconvenient.

We had a lovely evening at Karine's cottage. Everything was perfect, in the exchanges to prepare for our arrival and our flexible departure, the simple welcome and the very clean, welcoming accommodation (the heating had been put before our arrival), well equipped and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, so was the bathroom. Thank you Karine for hosting us!

Like last time, I had a pleasant stay. The hosts are very welcoming and the accommodation is well equipped. I would highly recommend it.

The communication with host Jérémy was excellent. He responds quickly to messages. We were able to find the location because we got good instructions. It's a bit off the highway. The ground floor has a kitchen with accessories, a toilet and a lot of closet space. The floor has the sleeping space, a lovely shower and sink. The stairs up are a bit narrow but easy to walk. At night it is quiet. We left our car with bike on bike rack outside. It felt safe in this area. The enclosed garage is easy to use. There is a large supermarket, gas station and bakery nearby. Because we left on Sunday, they were not yet open, but normally it is very useful. Upon departure, you must leave the house clean. Everything for that is at hand. There are no shower items available - but towels. In the kitchen is some tea, coffee and cakes to use. Very nice! A great place for us to stay overnight.
