Great stay at Serenas apartment, very clean and peaceful. Great location and very central. Strong WiFi and Serena and Marco are great hosts, very responsive and flexible. Will definitely try to stay again if I’m back in Livorno.

Catharina's place was a great base for us to explore tuscany. Very clean and tidy and was great to have those extras like tea and coffee, water in the fridge and a washing machine. The best part was having her lovely host Francesca communicate with us and meet us at the place to let us in- a lovely personal touch to our stay.

Very well maintained house, you can see that it has recently been renovated in every detail. Large spaces and also well furnished. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything you need. We had a very good time, Sabrina was always present for every minimum request, even in her advice on what to do and where to eat. Very fast check-in and check-out, no problem. I can only recommend!

We stayed in this apartment with our teenage daughters and our animals. The place is very clean and comfortable in a quiet area with a personal parking space. Easy to reach. It has everything you need to stay and we also found coffee, necessary for breakfast from the first days, oil, salt and everything you need. Alessandro told us to arrive before the scheduled check-in time and we were greeted by his father, a very friendly and helpful person. We visited a part of Tuscany always beautiful and, thanks to the good weather, it was wonderful days. Definitely to come back and recommend. Thank you Alessandro for everything.

Emanuala was there to meet us and let us enter the appartment. Great contact via whats app all the time. The appartment is pretty nice, clean and has everything we need. The garden/terasse is great to have the meals outside and give some rooms for the kids to play. Especially we liked the outdoor shower which is great after coming from the beach. San vincento close by car/bike or 30min walk is a nice little beach city with a lot of restaurants, gelato and harbour. The close by beach, restaurants and nice cities to visit is al we needed to made our stay really lovely. Thanks Emanuela, high chance we will come back again;)

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed from the start. They even shared some great local tips that really improved my trip. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. It’s in a great location—close to all the sights but still peaceful. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Stayed at a lovely Airbnb in Pisa, close to the airport, the city’s just a short steer. Spotless and cozy, with a host who’s so communicative and welcoming. For the price and location, it’s truly a dream!

Very nice place. We may have underestimated the isolation of the site, increased by the poor condition of the roads. This significantly increased travel times. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and with the pool and sun it must be magical , a haven of peace after a day of sightseeing! Don't hesitate to contact the managers, they are very responsive. We had a heating issue without daring to report it... pbl settled the day before we left. A destination to recommend to nature lovers without teenagers... no WiFi in the property.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The visit to Volterra was excellent. The accommodation was very tasteful and cozy. The name Casa mosaico fit absolutely. The bathroom was a dream in turquoise. Beautiful mosaic mirrors, handcrafted by the host, hung on the wall. Corinna is a perfect host, very friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back again. Thank you.

A beautiful big house. It has a seperate living room you cqn relax and toys and books for children. It's really quiet and nice! Mr. Ranieri was very attentive and informative! I highly recommend the house 😊 (If you have heavy staff keep in mind that it has some stairs)

House in the middle of greenery but not isolated, well organized, clean and comfortable rooms, practical garden for our dogs, and pool that we will return to try... The very nice and helpful hostess Sandrino made our weekend very relaxing... Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.

Really nice apartment, cozy, very clean, with attention to detail and well heated. In addition to the plates there is an air conditioner/heat pump in the kitchen that also supports the bedrooms (with doors open). There is a picturesque rustic wooden loft on which there is a living room with very nice TV and joy of my children (who didn't miss a chance to climb up and watch TV or just play). The property is located within a condominium complex that is accessed by automatic gate about 300 meters from Tosco Romagnola, which you can then take the bus 190 to Pisa or Cascina (both about 10 meters away by car). The condominiums met were friendly. The host was very kind. He offered us a lot of information, was super helpful, and was very flexible on check-out time (not having other reservations for that day). I highly recommend it.

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

We loved our stay there, will come back anytime

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Our stay at Andrea’s house was great. The family is very nice and lets you feel very welcome. They even stayed up late to let us check in in the late evening. It was very clean and spacious. You can have a nice breakfast at the terrace. It gets cold in the night(October) but there are enough blankets to make you feel cozy. :)

Comfortable apartment, aesthetically, very nice and well optimized. It has everything you need for the kitchen and cleaning! Wonderful bathroom with shower!! The directions left were clear and we had no problem finding the place!! The owner is very kind and very helpful! If we ever return to Livorno we will definitely return to this apartment again!!!
