This place is spotless, easy to find on a quiet street with a great fenced in backyard. The history of the house is truly unique and not something you will find easily elsewhere. Due to an unfortunate situation, our family needed a place quickly. The hosts were very accommodating, understand the value of hospitality, and answered any of our questions within minutes. We could not be more thankful for the time we stayed here.

Brenda and Mike are lovely hosts. It’s a really cute basement flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although it’s located in a residential neighborhood, it’s easy to get around and there is plenty to do in the Des Moines area. There’s a nice park less than a block away. No complaints at all and looking forward to staying there again!
