Marisol was very helpful; when I messed up the booking, she was very understanding. She communicates quickly and is at your disposal as she lives at the property. As for the apartment itself, it's a good value for the price. It's not luxurious, but has got everything you might need. We loved the AC! We stayed for a month on home office and enjoyed it. It's a 10 minute walk to Makro, an 8 minute walk to the Ocean Mall and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Thank you!

We felt spoiled with the rooms and amenities.We loved the pool, Netflix the A/C. Eliana - always helpful with answering any concerns. Having a housekeeper come in once a week was a nice plus. The bus service and taxi service was helpful fir getting us around.

We arrived the apt has a very fresh spectacular view the facilities of the building super cute Ida a la playa has a trail and you are 5 min walking the beach is super nice, Diana is super friendly and gave us information and helped us with everything we needed I recommend this place.

I stayed 30 days and was not ready to leave,I will definitely be back. I love the location, the cleanliness the safety of the helpful security guards The host was outstanding with answering all questions I had on the area. I had a great time.
