Chalet holiday rentals in Upstate South Carolina

Spacious home in close proximity to town. Plenty of room for our family of 12. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was great and utilized every night. Carol was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. By far our favorite thing about this home were all of the bears that visited. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our large family.

Our stay at this home was amazing! The home was beautiful and gorgeously decorated. The view was absolutely breathtaking and honestly one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever experienced during all our stays in Gatlinburg! I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a perfect getaway experience! I look forward to returning again someday!

We loved our stay here! The house was excellent and the hosts were great. We were notified as soon as the house was ready and were able to check in early. The house had everything we needed and the location was great. Nothing weird about being in the RV park, you just have to drive through to get to the house. Super close to anything we needed and we could take an uber to get anywhere in town. Would 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Rens in Gerton, NC. When the Florence nature preserve opens back up, you can walk to the nature preserve from the grounds! We enjoyed exploring the grounds with our dog and 2.5 year old, making a fire pit outside, hot tub at night below the stars, reading by the fireplace, turgua brewery and the nearby hikes that were open- strawberry gap & Trombatore. House was clean and the backyard was great for our dog and 2 year old to roam. Great house for a family trip! Host was responsive when we had a question. Thank you, Ren.

We were scheduled to stay at this house for a week, but due to Hurricane Helene, we had to evacuate after three days. For the time we were there, the house was very nice and we greatly enjoyed the large living room area. That was definitely the highlight of the home. We would have liked to explore the area more and utilize some of their recommendations, but unfortunately, that was not possible. Would recommend the house to people looking for a large area for people to gather and talk.

Beautiful spot right by the slopes. Loved the fireplace and the hot tub. Hosts were easy to work with, gave great tips and information, and were responsive. We'd stay there again.

Visited Maggie Valley for a snowboarding trip and Mike’s home was the perfect place to come back to after a long day! The hot tub was luxurious and relaxing and the beds were soft and perfect for a good nights sleep! This cozy home was everything we needed for a lazy relaxing weekend with friends. A trip we won’t forget!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Black Mountain as a destination is absolutely ideal and offers so much in the way of night life, entertainment and food. The cabin itself was clean and extremely well stocked, we were able to cook every meal without a problem with cookware to spare. Everything about this space offers comfort and suited absolutely every need we had. We will definitely be back.

Such a charming spot and gorgeous vintage home! The lower level was so perfect for our kids and for cozy movie night. Bob was an excellent host. We’ll return for sure!

This was our third time staying there. Very neat and clean. Equipped with everything you need. Peacefully serene with the porch and dock to take in the lake. Will definitely be back again!
