Monthly Rentals in Upper Franklin Canyon Reservoir

Mathilda was an amazing host! I had to book her place last minute due to another Airbnb having a mold issue and not matching the description. I was in a panic and Mathilda was responsive right away and made me feel at home after an uncomfortable situation. Her place is a nice size and very pristine and quiet. I loved hearing the sounds of nature every day and she was responsive any time I had a question or needed anything. She is such a kind and warm, caring person and I would stay with her again in a heartbeat. The area is also very safe and family oriented, and central to everything and when I got back at late hours due to my rehearsal schedule it was easy to get in. You will not regret your stay with her, she deserves more than 5 stars! I’m now moving to LA!

Hubby and I stayed here for a few days and the location worked out perfect. Super quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Easy access to all the major freeways. Kitchen was stocked with enough items to accomplish any basic cooking you would need. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Everything clean and tidy. The only odd thing is that there is plenty of space, but the table is only set up for one (you need to use a folding chair for a 2nd place) and there is only 1 chair. Not really a big deal, just oddly designed.

I stayed at this studio for a couple months while I was on student exchange and it was great! Jason and the team are super responsive and helpful. They are also very friendly. The place itself is cozy but has everything you need. Shops such as Target and Costco are near by as well which is very convenient. I would recommend this place.
