Monthly Rentals in Upper East Side, Manhattan

The apartment is well situated in the Upper East area, right next to great restaurants and easy access to two subway lines. It is well appointed for short/medium stays with all basic amenities available (laundromat is right downstairs). It's a beautiful and cosy apartment and was just right for me, my wife and son for a stay of almost a month. Candace is very friendly and helpful. She was very responsive to minor hiccups and helped us have a great stay over Christmas and New year.

What a wonderful stay in NYC at Ivy's beautiful home. The neighborhood is next to everything you need in NYC- great supermarkets, restaurants, bars, deli (NY bagels!), subway, parks and museums. Her apartment is also perfect for New York- plenty of room, lots of natural light, a green park with closed off walking street across the street, and city lights at night. I am also so thankful for Ivy's attentiveness. The few times I reached out, she responded quickly with an answer! Thank you Ivy for the wonderful stay - I will definitely be back. :)

We stayed almost two months in this beautiful apartment, Elena made us feel at home, always ready to help us and solve small problems. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds ever tried, and it's all extremely comfortable. The area is perfect, the subway is just a short walk away, and there's everything you need. We will be back with great pleasure!
