Monthly Rentals in Upminster

Overall, very nice. The size is small, as it looks in the pictures, but not overly cramped, and everything was clean. There is the kitchen and living room, the bathroom and the bedroom. The kitchen is good sized, and had everything you need (except we did not find washing powder and tea bags, but there is a Tesco that is 5 minutes away). The bathroom is a little cramped, but not unusable; the shower, however, is excellent: very roomy and easy to use. The bedroom is likewise small, but not cramped. The only issues for the bedroom are that there was no lamp (so the only available artificial lighting can be harsh), the curtains were hard to draw shut and bled in a fair amount of light and noise, and there can be a lot of noises from above -- so if you're a light sleeper, you may have difficulties here. But on the other hand, the beds were excellent: very comfortable; and there were plenty of power outlets. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Renate was super friendly and responsive. She gave clear info and helped me with local knowledge. I had an issue with the train when arriving and her daughter very kindly picked me up which was over and above expectations and I was very grateful. Cosy place with lovely clean bathroom. Loved Lizzy the dog too! Would recommend.

It was the perfect home away from home! Everything was super straightforward and accessible including shops, parks/open spaces, check in, parking etc. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say about my visit and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay again :)

By far the quietest AirBnB I have ever stayed at. No noisy neighbours, no cars or traffic or train sounds. No sounds of noisy passers by it was such a great place to stay and relax in. The place itself has everything I needed and the host was very friendly and responsive. There are nearby buses to take you to places and stations on the Elizabeth line. I enjoyed myself so much here I actually wanted to extend my stay a few more days but unfortunately the place had been booked after the day I was checking out. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would love to stay here again one day if it's available.
