Monthly Rentals in Unterburgau

Although we initially booked this place by mistake, it turned out that Gmunden was the place we never knew we wanted to visit. We enjoyed every minute of it. Place is comfortable and has everything one needs for longer or shorter stays. It is just a short walk to the city center, in a quiet and peaceful location perfect for relaxation. Apartment is located on the magical river running just outside the window into the lake where the historical town with its amazing sites, local cuisine and unique Gmunden ceramics. Our host was very helpful in facilitating our late arrival. If you are lucky – like we were – you will see a couple of swans strolling on the tranquil water surface.

The location of the apartment is really good, you can have breakfast on the balcony and look at the lake. The parking in front of the door is very convenient. There is a very small room with a bunk bed (e.g. for two children), the sofa bed in the large room is a bit outdated. Otherwise, the apartment is very pretty, rustic but functionally furnished. Everything is there in the kitchen, especially we enjoyed existing spices, oil and salt. A good base for a nice stay in the Salzkammergut!

Very nice experience to live here. The room is very clean and well equipped. It has a very good view and colse to Stroble. Locas is very nice. Recommended.

Wonderful, cozy balcony and beautiful surroundings. Hiking trails are in walking distance. Mondsee is easily accessible on foot via a larger street with swimming spot and good restaurant. Lake Attersee ( Unterach) with shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by bike. Particularly practical were the bicycles that were available.
