Perfect house overlooking the water. Everything about it was wonderful. Would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at Paul and Carmen’s place. They were highly responsive, respectful and friendly. The location is right next to the beach. In fact there is a path from within the apartment complex to enter the beach directly. There are good restaurants nearby and local grocery stores. We highly recommend this place

I was blown away by the beauty this location offers. My experience with Lisa as a host was above and beyond respectful and caring. My friends and I loved the penthouse view off the back deck. The rooms offer great privacy when staying with multiple couples. Easy walk to town and Ferry. If you go to Culebra, this is the place to stay. The Place! I will absolutely be back, no question!

We had a wonderful stay and Ligia was a terrific, helpful and accommodating host! The apartment has a lovely view of the coast and is, in fact, right on the beach. You walk out past the beautiful pool (which appears longer than 25 yards for those who want to swim laps) and out onto the beach from the guarded gate. There are large umbrellas and loungers to rent on the beach. The apartment was perfect — everything you need and nothing you don’t. You can see the water from the bed. The beach crowd was very family oriented and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again when we want a no fuss, no stress, lie on the beach vacation.

Me and my friends decided to take a quick extended weekend trip down to San Juan after the new year. My friends rented another bnb nearby. I’m one of those people who likes their own space and doesn’t like to share the bathroom 😂. Nevertheless, I found this hidden gem that checked all the boxes for my liking! The LOCATION, the space, the bed, the cleanliness, the kitchen if I needed it, parking if I needed it, security so we don’t have random people just lurking around and yes, the bathroom was clean and great. How could I forget Ms. Pat! I was trying to get out of the gated parking and was having a little difficulty because my brain was apparently on vacay mode 😂🤦‍♂️ I reached out and Ms. Pat called me within seconds of send out a message with clear instructions. Everything was simple and clear. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants everything with a very fare price for what you’re getting. Thank you again Ms. Pat for allowing me to enjoy my stay care

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! We hope to be back!

Our weeklong stay here was paradise! The space and layout of the house was perfect for us and our 3 teen/young adult boys. Everyone had their own private space as needed and the outdoor and indoor gathering spaces were perfect for meals, coffee, card games and relaxing! Our youngest loved hunting on the accessible beach for sea glass and other beach treasures. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

If you are looking for a tropical paradise with a stunning home, look no further! Our family of 3 loved every second of our stay here, from waking up to the sound of waves literally across the street to falling asleep to the coqui serenade on the forest behind us. We spent a lot of time after our day trips lounging on the comfortable and breezy porch and our teen had a great time in the pool, especially when it changed colors! Edna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions and even let us eat some of her star fruit off her tree in the yard! Wish we didn’t have to leave 🩵

We had five days in Issac's place in Punta Santiago. It is very comfortable and just as pictured and includes everything you need for the beach. Be sure to check your directions - if they don't lead to Punta Santiago (near the Humacao nature preserve on the coast) ask for coordinates. Issac is very responsive! This is a small PR town - including friendly neighborhood dogs and roosters. However, there is also a Walmart and other mainland amenities very close by in Humacao. We drove to San Juan for a trip to El Yunque and took a snorkeling trip from nearby Ceiba and also took a long drive along the coast to Ponce and back. We had dinner at a great restaurant (El Muelle Restaurant Bar & Grill) in Maunabo. If you are looking for an authentic PR experience and don't mind driving a bit, this is a great place to stay.

Peter and Linda were great hosts. Check in was a breeze, and our one and only question post check-in was answered in minutes. The place matched the photos and was spacious. Hot showers and cool AC. The top floor setting was great. Location wise… We went to several of the name brand beaches in St. Thomas during our stay. Sapphire beach (steps away from the rental) was honestly the nicest one. Perfect water and not too crowded at all. Nice coffee shop and pool as well. Lastly the place and surrounding area felt completely safe and secure. Overall, I highly recommend.

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Carlos’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host was friendly and responsive, location is within 10-15 minutes ride of many beaches and other attractions, a lot of restaurants and bars near by. His recommendations made a trip unforgivable.

A stellar location and facility well worth the fee - felt safe and rested well between days of pure fun and joy! John/his support were most responsive, helpful and kind, even when I asked a few picky questions! The short taxi ride to Red Hook to access the ferry to St. John, etc., additional restaurants/bars, shops and grocery market was a real plus.

We had a great stay at Harold's place. The condo was beautiful and the views of the ocean were breathtaking! Highly recommend!!

The place was an absolute dream! The. view from the deck is so gorgeous with beautiful sunrises and just a really cool breeze off the ocean during the day. It was lovely to sit and read and enjoy! We loved the privacy of the place with the pool and a the ocean front beach within walking distance. Mim's little Bistro was wonderful place to eat at, best and such friendly people ! We would love to come back to visit again! Thank you for the incredible stay and opening your place to us. It was the perfect vacation.
