The Elm is absolutely the perfect little beach getaway in paradise!!! The Tamarin suite bungalow was exactly as pictured and was 27 steps to the beach with a view from the porch. It is a no frills very comfortable and clean beach bum hideaway. Gorgeous beach with aqua blue water small rolling waves and plenty to do. Elvet is an amazing host who is always around and behind the bar tending most evenings also. He and his staff are all “Island Friendly”, always smiling and ready to accommodate any reasonable request. Chef Alisha is amazing she runs a spotlessly clean kitchen and has the absolute best Ribs in all the BVI, USVI and Caribbean!!! Don’t miss BBQ nights where you can nosh on Ribs, Spiney Lobster, black beans and rice with broccoli and carrots for only $26 it amazing!!! Then at Elm you have the winter house entertainment of Jeff Ross former lead guitarist of Lou Reed and toured with the wailers playing at sunset most days. Place is Beach Bum heaven!!! This was definitely an excellent stay, the aparmentent is very comfortable and it has an excellent location. It was a great experience for us to stay in this place.

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Terrys Place was great after my group and i had a delayed flight and nowhere to stay at 1am he responded right away!!!! super helpful a true savior!

If you get a chance to stay here, go for it. This place was amazing. So comfortable, quiet and peaceful. And just beautiful - wow! I walked to the beach for sunrise and walked along the surf and took in the neighborhood. We stayed up late reading by the fountain.

A stunning oasis and welcomed respite after a long day of travel. Grateful and well rested, I look forward to staying at this location again.

Such a wonderful peaceful place. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the amenities were terrific. It is truly a place of tranquility and joy. The guests were wonderful and the setting was terrific. Just as described. We will be back!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.
