The beach was 20 steps outside the door. The bar was only 15 steps. It’s a mellow spot, but restaurants and bars are a short walk. Perfect for a couple or solo wanting peace and tranquility… with a little Caribbean music playing in the distance.

Very responsive and extended my stay when weather conditions caused flight cancellations. I recommend this place.

Great stay! I appreciated the host fast responses you don’t always get that. Overall he was very friendly and we loved the small apartment. The location is really hard to beat you are in the center of everything.

It comfortably served its purpose. It was a same-day booking accommodating our group of seven adults for a great value and with close proximity to the airport. Thank you for being so flexible and quickly ready to welcome us.

OK, so the host was really responsive and very clear spoke great English. Finding the place was a little difficult, but I think that’s just because the building is kind of new. I know this unit doesn’t have a lot of reviews, but I can tell you it was awesome. I wasn’t sure what kind of place this was but it seemed like a really nice condo building with a 24 hour concierge in the front. Everyone was super helpful. It’s very private and the outdoor area is awesome with the hot tub. It’s really clean and quite beautiful. The air conditioner worked great in both rooms and that’s something I truly care about. They made good use of the bathroom space and both bedrooms look identical. The best part is that it was right in the fun area and very very safe. We honestly just went there for a weekend to have some fun. I don’t really want people to know how good this place is because the next time I go back soon I definitely want to stay here and I don’t want this unit to be all booked up.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb in Puerto Rico, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The host was exceptionally welcoming. The location was perfect, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood that allowed me to experience the local culture. I was just a short walk from stunning beaches and delicious restaurants. The accommodations were pristine, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The decor was beautifully done, blending traditional Puerto Rican charm with modern comforts. One of the highlights of my stay was the were both Terrence‘s, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking in the Caribbean sun. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations

I only got to stay here for one night but it was so beautiful and very much worth it! Great backgrounds to take pictures. The room itself was spacious, private, and very clean. The kitchen had all the appliances I needed. Area is very walkable and very close to the beach. I will have to come back and stay again! One of my best stays in Puerto Rico.

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.
