I had very pleasant and peaceful stay here. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained, with clear and easy-to-follow check-in instructions. It also had a unique, artsy charm. I enjoyed meeting other guests who were warm and welcoming, which just made the whole experience even better.

Mario is an outstanding host! He made my check-in seamless by providing clear and well detailed instructions. The room provided was also exceptionally clean with decent fabrics and free from any odour. The kitchen was also clean and well-equipped with all the basic equipment, and the bathrooms were also clean with cleaners frequently coming around to deep clean them. He further went above and beyond to ensure my requests were swiftly and adequately catered for. I will definitely recommend, especially for any one considering a long stay. It will be my go-to place anytime I'm in NY area.

The accommodation was exactly as described. There was a bus stop right in front of the house, with buses to Times Square running at least every 5 minutes. The ride took between 12-15 minutes. The apartment was very clean, and the bed linen was also hygienically clean. In the bathroom, there was a small basket with essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from a coffee machine to a frying pan. Nothing was missing. The communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, I received an immediate response, and when I mentioned my arrival time and airport, I immediately got information on how to get to the apartment. The communication was very friendly, and I can only recommend this place!

It is a very good option for short-term stays compared with renting. It offers flexibility and covers all fees, such as Internet and utilities. The place is nice and clean. Giuseppe and Sonia are very helpful and easy to communicate with. They helped us get the extra furniture without any charges. I really appreciate their hosting. The location is relatively easy to access Manhattan. I would always recommend taking the 123 bus instead of the 125 because 123 is more frequent and on time. The neighbor is safe. I often walk around in the dark without feeling creepy. It's also very convenient to find grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats, etc.
