Nice house, close to the beach and sound.

Wonderful home for creating family memories. Home was beautiful, bright, and full of thoughtful touches that made it so comfortable - kitchen stocked with everything needed to make family meals, including space for everyone to prepare and cook together; warm, fuzzy blankets to curl up on couch or in bed; porch and backyard firepits; deck areas with rocking chairs. Great location - walk to beach, grocery store, restaurants. Hosts have done an amazing job creating the perfect family vacation home.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay. Private and quiet, even in the summer. Easy walk to the beach. Surrounded by live oaks which provides nice coverage and privacy when using the hot tub. The sauna was an absolute plus. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked. We very much enjoyed the fireplace. Easily one of our favorite spots. Can’t wait to visit again.

a group of us were in the area for a wedding. the place was perfect for our group. the house was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. would recommend this to all.

Artim was definitely the most responsive host that I've ever had - has automated responses that are well-timed for the length of your stay. The listing was super convenient to most places in the Outer Banks - easy drive to landmarks, restaurants, shopping, etc. The space was roomy and comfortable for two people; we came during off-season and were able to spend a lot of time just relaxing in the Airbnb. There is a rental agreement that Artim sends right after you book - something I've never encountered before, but basically just reiterates the same information on the listing.

Nice upgraded home with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Convenient to restaurants and attractions. We would love to stay here again.

We had the very best stay!! Although off season, there was plenty to do with our little family! We enjoyed so much time exploring the beach and playing fetch with our fur babies. The hot tub was amazing to begin or end our days listening to the waves. Thoroughly and whole heartedly, we had the best family getaway and the house was simply perfection ;)

The home was spacious and clean. Stores, beach, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance. Highly recommend! Sandra was very responsive and the maintenance people were quick to arrive and address a burnt out light bulb even though we advised it wasn’t an emergency. Great place to stay and great people to work with.
