Our family vacation was absolutely perfect! The home was so clean, everything was as described. The home was in the perfect location to the beach, so walkable even with our 3.5 year old son. A lot of restaurants were closed due to off season, which was okay. We had a great time and will be back!

Wonderful home for creating family memories. Home was beautiful, bright, and full of thoughtful touches that made it so comfortable - kitchen stocked with everything needed to make family meals, including space for everyone to prepare and cook together; warm, fuzzy blankets to curl up on couch or in bed; porch and backyard firepits; deck areas with rocking chairs. Great location - walk to beach, grocery store, restaurants. Hosts have done an amazing job creating the perfect family vacation home.

a group of us were in the area for a wedding. the place was perfect for our group. the house was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. would recommend this to all.

Been coming to Artim’s OBX spot since 2020. Last minute we wanted to extend our trip and moved upstairs! What a beautiful, comfortable, spacious apartment! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Enjoyed our stay. Loved that we could utilize the community pool since the beach had red flags during our entire stay. The beach access private parking was also a plus. Hot tub was a great way to end the day. Lots of space for family meals at the dinning room table.

My family enjoyed our stay at this cozy A-frame cottage. It was the prefect size for our group and was just a few steps away from the beautiful surf! It was everything we expected. The weather didn't cooperate for surf fishing, but we still enjoyed every minute there! Having to bring linens, pillows, and towels made packing for a week long trip more of a challenge, but we knew this going in. All in all, we are happy we chose it for our week on the outer banks.

The place was exactly as described and included everything we needed. Danielle was very responsive and proactive in communication. Check-in and check-out procedures were very simple. Hot tub was very clean and worked great, as she has it serviced twice a week. This place is beachfront, so the beach and ocean are right outside the back covered porch and deck, with no obstructions. Watching dolphins from the hot tub in January was a nice way to spend part of our time there! We would definitely stay there again.

The home was spacious and clean. Stores, beach, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance. Highly recommend! Sandra was very responsive and the maintenance people were quick to arrive and address a burnt out light bulb even though we advised it wasn’t an emergency. Great place to stay and great people to work with.
