lovely stay. better than how it looks in the pics. comfortable, warm. log burner and candles were already lit upon arrival. lovely hosts, would have liked to stay for longer. lovely experience being so warm from the burner and having front hatch open so you have a feeling of being in the woods . thanks Trevor for enjoyable stay 😊🙏

Have stayed here before and it will continue to be our number 1 choice when we are in the area. The lodge has everything you will need for 1 night or for staying longer. Gunta is a great host and has a lovely place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone. We will be back again!

What a truly special stay. This is the kind of place I almost don’t want to tell anyone about so I can be sure to book it again! Being outside is like walking into a soundscape. Incredibly comfy beds and a gorgeous kitchen. Cannot wait to stay again. This is an absolute gem of a property. Will was so helpful and changed our stay to add an extra night at the last minute. The house was spotless and well equipped, from the kitchen with all the little essentials that are so annoying to have to bring with you to the extensive dvd library!
