Villa holiday rentals in Turks and Caicos Islands

Ari’s place is located in a great spot on the island. Sapodilla Bay beach is a short walk away and the beach view is breathtaking. Las Brisas Restaurant is across the street and the nachos are incredible. The villa itself was pretty and the pictures are spot on. We found the king size bed extremely comfortable, however, a light blue blanket @ the end of the bed had a cigarette hole burn. The shower area was amazing with a rain shower, but, the toilet area smelled like urine, most likely because of the small size of the toilet room and no ventilation. The kitchen was a great bonus and had all amenities needed. We cooked breakfast everyday and sat on the deck near the pool. The rooftop deck is also a great addition and the views are spectacular. We reached out to Ari for advice about the island multiple times and he was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful villa to enjoy your relaxing vacation in Turks and Caicos! The place is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool was very convenient to relax and it was very nice for Natalie to provide all the beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely recommend to rent a car from Natalie’s recommendation, Yuriel (very convenient and responsive) and to drive to the wonderful beaches TCI has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely place, the view is incredible! Tiajuana is an excellent host! We really appreciate our vacation.

Such as lovely home and on the quieter side of the island. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed having the entire home to relax in and the fantastic outside spaces for swimming in the pool and enjoying the view. It was especially nice to be able to walk down to the water and kayak in Chalk Sound every morning! The villa is close to Taylor Bay Beach and Sopadilla Bay Beach, a short drive from several local restaurants, and only 20 minutes drive to the Grace Bay area. We especially appreciated Indi who answered all our questions and gave us great advice to make our stay most enjoyable! She was very responsive and kind.

Everything about the property was described just like the picture..Host was amazing and we will for sure be staying again..Very peaceful location…I loved it!

My family and I loved the Island ! Jasmines place has beautiful views a car is a must !!! Nothing is walking distance from her house but you will want a car to explore the island and all its beauty , Jasmine was there to greet us when we got there our plane was delayed from Boston so it was late to arrive directions to the house where a bit tricky , but other than that was a wonderful and enjoyable stay

Rockspray villa is just as beautiful and just as remote as the pictures and descriptions represent. We had a phenomenal time and heavily used the amenities (paddleboards/kayaks). If there's any feedback I wish I would have read, it would have been on the wind this side of the island receives and the current the beautiful water carries. It made swimming/snorkeling outside of the shallow bay area pretty hard (but amazing to view). Out of the host's control, there was also safety issues on this side of the island caused by the unlucky timing of an illegal immigration boat coming ashore. Despite all the police and border presence, I don't think we expected such heavy security measures required to enjoy the vacation (including alarming the villa during away and home situations). As first time visitors traveling without friends, we would have stayed in the Grace Bay resort area instead to get a bit more community. However, I would absolutely stay here again if the price/value was right.

What a wondeful place! Literally a little bit of heaven on Earth! The place is very nice looking! The surroundings are very private! The gardiens are luxurious! We loved every moment spent at The Haven! Best host ever!!!!

Bashert Villa was everything we were promised!! Julian was quick to respond to any of our requests. The views of Chalk Sound are magnificent and it's a short walk to Taylor Bay Beach. Our stay was perfection!!

This place has a beautiful view and is in a great location. The staff at the resort are incredibly friendly, especially Regina. They do a great job of assisting if you need anything.

Our stay at Villa Blu was perfection! Our trip was 5 girls for a birthday celebration and the accommodations were on point! The walk to the beach along with the beach accessories was a HUGE highlight. George our concierge was lovely, fast to answer texts and offered local recommendations. We also appreciate told the suggested taxi driver, made us feel safe knowing this person was recommended and he was there whenever we asked. The kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to have breakfast everyday at the villa and a few grilled dinners. If I ever get to return to Provo I would 100% stay here.

We had an amazing stay at BeachHaus! The villa was spotless upon arrival, with spacious rooms that were perfect for our family of five. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the quick walk down to the beautiful beach—just a few minutes, and we were on the soft sand, enjoying the stunning water. We also loved spending time on the deck, taking in the incredible ocean views. The gorgeous pool was another great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was great, close to everything we needed while still feeling like a private getaway. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely return!

Perfect villa!!! Was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures!! Loved the privacy of the villa will definitely stay here every time I come to the island!! Perfect way to spend a birthday trip!!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Katie's place. The location was private but still close to great beaches and restaurants. The place itself was clean and organized with great amenities. Katie provided great instructions/recommendations and she was very responsive. The only downside was the ongoing construction around the property. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to beautiful Turks and Caicos!

The house is in a perfect location in a very quite and private beach, the water was stunning and the house itself was very clean, the sheets beds and furniture were mint everything was just perfect, we loved staying here and were definitely coming back, i really recommend this house for anyone wanting to relax in a area with a stunning only steps from your door.

Rhondda was an amazing host. She met us upon arrival with a kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks. She even paid us a visit mid week with fresh lobster! Villa Jayla was just as described and shown in photos.

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

Marta's place was just what we wanted for a nice getaway...peaceful, beautiful view of the lagoon, short drive to the beach, a great space to relax. We sat out in our own little private space/chairs each day for a bit, morning, afternoon, and night, enjoying the views and weather. Bob's Bar is a short walk away, with good food and drinks, and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Marta greeted us as we drove in and showed us around the place, making sure everything was in order and that there was nothing else we needed. She also arranged a local car rental for us, which included a pickup from her spot in the end to drive us to the airport. She was an amazing host, giving us local recommendations on the first day and available the whole time for any questions. We highly recommend staying at her place, and we hope to be back ourselves!

This surpassed my expectations. It was perfect for the entire family including the kids. I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Home was very beautiful. It looked just like the pictures. Backyard was great and home was very well furnished with everything we needed. I loved the location. Once you make your way out of the neighborhood, everything is close by. I would definitely stay at this home again. Jacinthe was also very responsive to my questions.

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.

Amazing! We visited the Blue Haven Marina everyday and it was a quick 4 minute drive away.

We had a great few days on North Caicos. Kedra’s house was as advertised and was the perfect spot for us to unplug and chill. Kedra met us at the ferry dock with the rental car that comes with the house rental. It was necessary and also a nice touch. House has great view and is close to a plaza with a grocery store, restaurant and gas station.

Balfour’s Villa was ah-mazing! The villa itself was located in an ideal spot, close to many tourist attractions. Me and my family had such an amazing time. The view of the villa from the back was very beautiful. The inside of the villa was very spacious and well decorated.The private pool and the golf course was very enjoyable. We really loved how the host was fast in responding to any questions we had. We wanted some golf balls and we received it right away. I would defiantly recommend this villa to future guests..
