Condo holiday rentals in Turks and Caicos Islands

Great location!!! We rented bikes and used those to get to beach access, which was close. Condo included tickets for beach chairs, which was great. The area of the beach was not as crowded as many others. Condo was exactly as pictured. Lots of kitchen utensils if you wanted to dine in. Pool was great, secluded. Best part was the location. So close to EVERYTHING! Great stay overall- would come back!

James was an excellent host! He sent easy, clear instructions for checking in and the rules of the condo. We had a minor issue w the TV and he communicated w us until the issue was resolved. He was extremely attentive - we appreciated that so much. The condo is lovely; perfect for my husband and I. Clean and neat. James was thoughtful in having bottled water and a few other groceries already in the fridge, ready for us when we arrived! The condo is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping, and the beach. The ONLY thing that would make this property 100% perfect is if it were ON the beach. Otherwise, its perfect! T&C is breathtaking… if we get back there, we would love to stay at James property again!

Jennifer's place was awesome and only a few minutes walk from Grace Bay Beach. It has everything needed for a great beach vacation -- chairs, umbrellas, coolors, bags, etc. We rented a car and parking was ample, easy, and safe on the property. Drexwell was extremely and impressively responsive, and we had no issues during our stay.

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

This condo is so lovely and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Stephanie knows the area well and offered extensive recommendations/home instructions. We found her suggestion to check a suitcase to bring some food was a real money saver. Groceries are expensive in T&C, so we just bought a few fresh items at the grocery store that is walking distance from the condo. We felt very safe walking around here. A few things we especially loved: seeing the treetops from our bedroom slider, the clothesline out back, the pretty island decor, the front porch with fairy lights, and the cleanliness of the entire unit - even the small floor space between the fridge and cabinets was clean!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even coolers, floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, all the little things to make our trip more enjoyable. The location is AMAZING. Just steps to a beautiful pool, hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The beach was so quiet and private. There were chairs and cabanas to use, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and a basket of sand toys. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food, otherwise it’s about a 15 minute drive to any other restaurants or stores. The condo is walking distance to the National park. I think we had the only kids at the resort, but everyone was welcoming and friendly to kids. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet relaxing trip with a basically private beach.

If you want a nice calm relaxing beach front stay this is the place. Calm gently slipped white sand beach. Great for swimming and playing in the water. Would definitely recommend this place. Part of a 4 unit complex and the owner lives on site.

The condo is beautiful! It’s is VERY clean and spacious, located at a very good location in grace bay and walkable to beach. I appreciate the little details in the condo for guest (items for beach, items in bathroom, etc.). Communication was superior. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

We had a fantastic time at Keno’s listing. The condo was walkable to the beach and the shops at Grace Bay. We loved all the provided amenities- especially the baby/kid items as we had our 5 month old with us. Keno and his team were responsive and helpful with the questions we had before hand and during the trip. This is a great rental for families and we can’t wait to come back!

Endlessummer's place is wonderful. We felt right at home making meals in the well stocked kitchen, sleeping restfully in the comfortable bed, and enjoyed hot showers. We fell in love with the beautiful island of Providenciales and hope to return again.

The home was beautiful. It was easy to find. It included everything Noelle explained. And the private beach behind the facility was a plus. The only problem I had was not having a large size broom due to the confetti and party things we had for the celebration ( we wanted to clean behind our self)

The apartment has perfect space, is tastefully decorated, very clean and is fully stocked with amenities. We had our morning coffee and after beach cocktails in the huge balcony with a wonderful ocean view. The location of the apartment on the island provides easy, fast access by car to all major places such as the best beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and the airport. A rental car is highly recommended. John Paul will respond immediately to any of your requests. In addition to the fully equipped high-end kitchen equipment, the bedroom has a very comfortable bed, good linens and toiletries. John Paul provided extra little things that made it a lot easier for us, such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. Check-in was smooth, the elevator was wonderful to bring up the luggage to the second floor, and all the instructions were very clear. This is a wonderful unit, and we will recommend it highly to our family and friends. We will come back the first chance.

Marsha’s place was very welcoming! The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washer and dryer so that was a plus as well. Our flight was delayed, and Marsha was willing to let us check out a little later. This unit is near the pool and courtyard area. The bedrooms are upstairs, and there is a half bathroom on the first floor. If we ever visit Turks again, we would definitely stay here again!

My feedback is based primarily on the unit size, location, pool and host. We have stayed at Yacht Club a couple times and love the marina view and how quit it is. The bed is very comfortable! The unit is 3rd floor and the view to the North of the sea is awesome and the view from the patio is of the Marina, beautiful at night! We love to cook and grill and this is part of the reason we do the ABnB. However there is no grill and the kitchen is only stocked with bare bones items (I did not downgrade the review because we should have asked more questions). Cleanliness of furniture and general cleaning needs to be improved. Thanks for making this available to us.

This is one of those amazing residences where the experienced host has thought of everything. From the thorough guide provided in advance that shares invaluable insights for the spacious condo, well-maintained property, and gorgeous island to the well-stocked condo with lots of little touches (things like spices, beach gear including towels, hairdryer, abundant cookware, a water cooler with a fresh jug provided on check-in, a guest login for Netflix, washer/dryer, etc.), you're in great hand staying here. Check-in, check-out, and finding the location are easy thanks to the intsructions. It's on a sleepier area of the island, which we loved for the peacefulness (about ten-minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay). We found it helpful to have a rental car for easy access to food shopping, sightseeing, and such, but there are several delicious restaurants within walking distance as well as amazing snorkeling. We loved staying here and would definitely highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was nicely equipped, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, making our experience even more enjoyable. The host was fantastic - communication was seamless, and they provided all the necessary details and helpful information to make our stay hassle-free. I was particularly impressed by their quick response time. The location couldn't be better! It’s situated within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, and the beach, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. Our stay at Megan’s place was phenomenal. The place is gorgeous, and so close to the beaches and shopping areas. Being super close to the pools and hot tub at the resort was also a great perk. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
