Great location in San Marco area. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and close to stadium. Felt like a safe area. Incredibly comfortable bed and bedding. Room was clean and well designed. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I went to Jacksonville for spring break and stayed at Maurisa’s home. The home was beautiful! From check in to check out everything was great. Maurisa was very quick to respond and had a solution to any question we asked. My family cannot stop raving about this home. My mom and mother in law said when we come back they want to stay at this same house again lol! Thank you Maurisa!

Greetings all, everything was great!! Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and parks and all within walking distance. The home and cottage were perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and utensils necessary. I would recommend this location to family/friends. Additionally, McKenna was terrific. I'm generally not the person in the family that handles travel plans so having her to reach out to was reassuring, and her response time was immediate. I will end this 5-star review by saying, if needing a place to stay in Avondale in the future, I will stay here :) Jackie
