Homeowner live in private part of the townhouse. The apartment consisted of a room that is combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door closet, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower enclosure, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most but also good bus connections.

Miele coffee machine and large private roof terrace with very good sun conditions. Uniquely located in the center of the city, at the same time peaceful location without any noise and traffic.

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both on the sea and in the water. Many possibilities for bicycle rides. Great views, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Child-friendly. Plenty of space for eating out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free parking ring. Fiber is coming summer/autumn

Unique accommodation close to nature at Hammervatnet

A pearl at Hammervatnet on the hill. An amazing experience for two people. The dome is 23 m2 with windows in the sky and front. Look at the stars and beyond the water from the bed. The dome stands on a 70 m2 flat with overhead over the water where there is access to a boat and fire pit shoe. The dome also has a toilet room. Hammervatnet offers fantastic fishing all year round, we have boat and equipment for fishing both from boat, land and ice. If this is of interest during your stay, please let us know.

Large and nice townhouse on lovely Lade. Well suited for the extended family or two families with children. Four bedrooms and sleeps 7-9. Free parking. The townhouse is close to the botanical garden, Ladestien, and 300 meters from Devlebukta (beach). There is a great deal of shops in the immediate vicinity, and close to a short walking distance to the bus and train station. Good bus coverage to the city center (9 min) and the shuttle bus to Granåsen/Ski-VM. 17 minutes by car to Granåsen.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Nydelig leilighet nært sentrum, med alle fasiliteter, på bakkeplan. Høy kvalitet på alt av utstyr, fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Egen p-plass m. lading. 2 soverom: Svaneseng på hovedsoverom og køyeseng på barnerom. 2 private verandaer. Nydelige uteområder med gode turmuligheter og mange lekeplasser for barna. Gode bussforbindelser. Levering fra Wolt/Foodora. 2 min gange til søndagsåpen butikk og div spisesteder, besøk Flipper for god drikke, mat og atmosfære. Som å bo i en suite, uten romservice.

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet place, located right down by the fjord. Enjoy the view, take it easy, take a fishing trip, hike, go on a mushroom or berry ride, take "home office", go skiing, or play golf. Good sun conditions and amazing outdoor space Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage by car. Few bus departures. The house sleeps 8, but it is possible to make up for a person on a mattress on the floor.

🦋Here you can relax, take a fresh bath and enjoy delicious days by the sea. 🌿The cabin is located about 80 meters from the seafront in beautiful Stadsbygd. 45 min outside Trondheim (including ferry) and 2min from Rørvik ferry dock 🦋There is a duvet/pillow for two people in the cabin. Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
