Holiday houses in Røros

We immediately felt comfortable in the house and the landlady and her husband were extremely warm and helpful. A very special place with special people.

We had a great stay at Trond's place. Everything was in order when we arrived and the house exceeded expectations. We would be happy to come back at a later date.

We had 4 great days at the cabin "laughter". Large, great cabin in a fantastic location. Short distance to Savalen. Good beds, good with basic items and fantastic that you do not have to bring your own bed linen/towels. Large and great porch where you can enjoy nice evenings at sunset. Great with movies, and games for the kids. We would love to come again :)

Great and new cabin located sunny and high in the terrain. Lovely view of the Savalen lake and the mountains around. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer and what you need to cook. Cheerful host and quick to respond! Definitely a place to try if you are fond of nature.

Fantastic stay - nice cabin and communication with host😁 Recommended!

At first we had difficulty finding the cabin. Monica’s gave us the address “Steinvikvein” which cannot be found on Google Maps. The actual place was Stenvikveien (without the “i”). The cabin was near to a supermarket Rema 1000. Monica’s cabin was clean and well-stocked. There are 2 bedrooms but only 1 has heating. Do note there is no WiFi in the cabin (not a big issue for us). Overall we had a great time exploring Roros while staying at Monica’s place.

Very cozy cabin close to both Røros and a very good selection of cross country tracks. The landlord was super cozy in every way.

Cozy cottage and quiet neighborhood

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! The house itself is incredibly spacious, offering two cozy living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and four comfortable bedrooms—ideal for families or groups traveling together. With two modern bathrooms, there was never a wait, even with a full house. One of the highlights was how well-equipped the home was. From kitchen essentials to extra blankets, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is simply stunning! Nestled in a picturesque setting near Røros, we were just a short distance from the charming town center, while also having easy access to fantastic cross-country skiing trails. It was the perfect blend of nature and convenience. To top it all off, the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Would love to come back!
