This stunning house provided everything we needed for a family weekend getaway with my adult children, their partners and our grandson. On one of our days, the weather was cold and wet but the house remained sublimely comfortable. We like to cook and enjoyed the great kitchen and dining spaces. Everyone loved the quiet and dark of the bedrooms downstairs, which were perfectly private from each other. The house is about 20 minutes walk to the beach, where my grandson tasted his first sand. A great choice for a family holiday.

We loved our stay at the house. Loved the beach house feeling the house offers and the retro/vintage style decor with an amazing old record collection! (made you feel right at home). The location is great, walking distance from 4th Beach and we loved the sense of peacefulness the house and location offers. A lovely clean home in a peaceful natural area, close to the Jetty. Good kitchen, beds were comfortable, and the shed with the pool table and table tennis was really fun in the evenings. Good A/C. Be aware the home is not as big as you’d expect, and there’s only one toilet, and you need to bring all toiletries. Bec was a very responsive host and lovely to deal with.

Really nice tiny home in your own enclosed space. Felt very private and comfortable.

Our Family of 9 really enjoyed the open spaces. The Kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. The house is really set up for families of all ages to enjoy. Easy short stroll to the beach and the pool is a great size. Loved our stay.

Our family and dog had a wonderful week staying at Seaside Serenity Retreat! The house was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. There were lots of little extra touches like a beautiful range of teas available, a full spice rack, lots of appliances including an air fryer, a range of lovely soft towels and heaps of games plus a table tennis table to entertain the kids which we really appreciated. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach with very clear instructions provided and about a 25 min walk into town (or 5 min drive). Access to the Broadbeach Health Resort pool and gym were a bonus and we also loved walking around the Broadbeach area at dusk to see lots of kangaroos each night. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would love to return!

A beautiful and peaceful home - very private. The outside area was really good with pool, spa and sauna that the family really enjoyed. Loved all the bathrooms.

Incredible house, even more so when you read the history. It was incredible to stay in such an architectural gem. The beds were super comfy, and I loved all the small details which made it feel homey. It was much larger than we expected too! And so many spots to hang out. Loved our overnight stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at the surf side serenity house! The house was just stunning inside and even more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The fact that there were three living spaces was great considering we were staying with family, as well as the two bathrooms and separate toilet for the second bathroom was helpful. We had a little trouble opening the key safe when we first arrived but the host was there within 5 minutes to help us out and we could not fault anything with the house or the process.

The pods were amazing and it was exactly like the photos and they had all the essentials.

Would highly recommend this place. Was a stunning outlook over the valley. The place had plenty of space for a large group and there was tonnes of outdoor space for activities. Chloe was a pleasure to deal with, responsive in communication and also generously offered us a late check out. Great place for large groups. Was all in a lovely experience.

I needed the mini getaway and the Fern cottage was just the perfect place. It was peaceful, clean and most of all it was pet friendly. So glad I booked it! We had a great time. Thank you Jennifer and Cliff for your hospitality and having us at your beautiful property.

Thank you so much for the most wonderful Easter holiday for my family. Sarah's house is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for families- it has such a wonderful cottage vibe. The location is perfect- walking distance to boat ramp and playground and in such a peaceful area. Also a great garden for finding Easter eggs!

This was the perfect accommodation for a peaceful, relaxing holiday for our family of 5 plus dog! The home is absolutely outstanding, beautifully appointed with a fantastic outdoor area and yard. Some beautiful treats were left for us from Tricia when we arrived and she couldn’t have been more helpful with answering questions and giving recommendations. Everything you could need is available including luxurious linen, comfy beds, heaps of towels, games, DVDs and the most beautiful views from each window. We will definitely be back!

Weekend 2 night and 3 days with the kids stay was exceptional. It was spotless, prestige clean from bathrooms to a comfortable beds.The other living room with endless entertainment for the kids, X box and classics board games, that kept my teenagers happy and engaged. High speed internet never run out of data, ,The other living room with lots of movies to watch is an added factors, Stan,Netflix,Prime.The host thought of everything to ensure their guest comfort,from welll stocked kitchen appliances to the bed arrangement tailored to our needs. Lots of information and places,restaurants recommendations. Exceptional well secured backyard for my cavoodle and guest to entertained .The house itself was close to the beach and town centre. We are blessed with beautiful weather during our stay,Quiet Location feels like home.We thank you enough for our stay,would like to come back next time.

Loved our stay in this gorgeous property. Loved the location and the outdoor spaces, including the bath under the stars. Bedrooms and beds were really comfortable, and house has everything you need, including a generous bottle of wine as a welcome. We would love to stay again.
