Francesco and his wife are just great people so kind and warm we loved everything about them and their place book with them for the very best place in Mondello beach

This home was a true gem! It was tucked away on a hillside with outstanding views! The outdoor space was unique - we wish we had better weather to enjoy it more! However, there is a covered porch with very comfortable furniture to use even on rainy days. We had 6 adults in the house for the week of Christmas and there was enough room for everyone to have private bedrooms and bathrooms. Even with many restaurants closed for December, there was a cafe and bar open every day 100 meters away and a local grocery store. Marco was able to recommend a wonderful chef that came to the house multiple times and prepared amazing food with only local ingredients. Cefalu city center is only 12 minutes away by car and has every other amenity you might need. Marco's home is a quiet, peaceful getaway. We hope to return!

Our family of four (including a 2.5 year old and an infant) was very fortunate to stay at Dario’s over Christmas and New Year’s. The location was excellent - in the heart of Cefalu, just a few blocks from the Duomo, the beach, and the bottom of La Rocco. It was fun to watch the holiday festivities just below our balcony. The “spa” exceeded expectations and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. Dario was friendly, attentive, and had great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return one day.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Lucia. Everything was perfect other than we wished we could have stayed longer. The view was spectacular and the Villa itself met all of our needs. The small house in the back was perfect for our daughter and her boyfriend. We also had a blast making pizzas using the pizza oven on site. We look forward to coming back.

I recommend it… everything is perfect. A house where everything has been thought out in every detail for the well-being of the hosts . The air conditioning comfort for beds , spacious bedrooms and their bathrooms ... a very spacious kitchen... and everything is in impeccable condition... a terrace with a view of 390 degrees a quiet environment. Angelo's apartment was a perfect base for our family of 5 adults to visit Palermo. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and is in a perfect location for visiting most of the places a new visitor to Palermo would want to see. He was very responsive to any issues that came up and also gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Comfortable apartment and exquisite hospitality! The house has complete amenities, including the first-aid kit in the bathroom. We loved the fruits and treats found on arrival and the almond pastries when we left. Above all, Antonella has always been responsive for small problems that we have resolved without any particular inconvenience. Only negative note: the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator and the particularly steep stairs have made it tiring to bring luggage. In general, we are very satisfied and recommend the structure to those who want to visit Palermo and its surroundings by walking.

Great central location but tucked away behind an old wooden door in a quiet courtyard, the accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean and full of quirky charm. So many roof terraces- we didn’t have time to use them! Our only issue was carting our suitcases up the stairs - travelling light was not our strong point! Fiorella was super-helpful, very accommodating, and easy to contact at any time.

Nice apartment, situated in a scenic building, that gives palace vibes. Angelo was a very kind and helpful co-host, he helped us with what we needed, guided us with tips & tricks in the city and helped with luggage storage after check out. The apartment is fairly equipped, small but smartly compartimented. The bed was confortable for two tall people and there was an extra bed, if needed. The location was very close to the center and main attractions, but the street and some areas around felt unsafe. Overall good experience!

We stayed 2 nights in Flavia's apartment, the first and last of our trip through Sicily, was a very good decision. The apartment is located in the historic center of Palermo and meters from Via Roma, one of the main avenues of the city. The apartment is very nice, adorned with vintage objects and photographs that take you back in time. It has parking inside and Flavia allowed us to leave the car a few more hours after checkout, which was very comfortable. I just comment that you have to climb 2 flights of stairs very steep, which can be challenging for older travelers (as was my case, who traveled with my family). For that same reason, we could not take advantage of the beautiful terrace, which requires climbing another floor by a somewhat precarious staircase. For everything else, it's a great choice :)

We are very happy to have found this beautiful and lovingly furnished Airbnb. The warmth of the reception catapulted us directly into a feel-good atmosphere. Spring is a good travel time with blooming trees and fresh fruit, for the cool evening hours you are well supplied with various heating options. It is worth staying at a time for several days to immerse ourselves in the holiday feeling in the mountains, 2 days seemed too short for us in retrospect. Highly recommended is one of the cooking classes, a wonderful time that you can spend with Francesco's family (with us with Dina and Nino). We cooked the Mediterranean menu with fish/ seafood together and were delighted with how much love was prepared and shown and could be eaten together over a glass of wine. Definitely try to cook well at home, among other things, the most delicious octopus salad, fish and fried squid rings ;)

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

The apartment, although small, is equipped with everything you need, it was clean and comfortable. The center was easily accessible on foot. The stay was pleasant!

The location was in the city center, the only downside was finding parking but that is not unique to this Airbnb! The rooms were spacious!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation right next to Lorenzo and his wife. The accommodation is small and nice and the outdoor area with pool is very nicely laid out. The view is beautiful, whether it is illuminated in the morning for coffee or in the evening. The cottage is very quiet and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Within walking distance it is about 20 minutes to the center of Cefalu. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest stone beach.

Villa was clean and tidy, and matched the description on the AirBNB website. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It had a modern contemporary feel, yet was comfortable and homely. There is a great view of the coast line from the first floor balcony. Our host, Tommaso was friendly and responsive. He was kind enough to bring us pastries on our first morning, biscuits when we checked out, and a lovely ice cream cake when he needed to visit during our stay. The Villa is located in a rural setting and a car is a must. It is situated about 20ish miles/30 minutes east of Palermo Airport. There is a fantastic beach about 5 minutes walk. The nearest town is about 6 miles away and has a good variety of restaurants and shops.

We spent a beautiful time in this family home and wished we had booked longer. It is a place that naturally makes you feel calm, grounded and at home. Even during nights with heavy thunder and rain, the sunlight woke us up gently through the windows in the morning, accompanied by the sounds of birds and far cowbells. We hope to come back sometime!

We had an exceptional stay at Claudio's! As soon as we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive. The apartment was perfectly clean, well-equipped and as described, with everything you needed to feel at home. Claudio was very responsive to our messages and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The location is ideal, which made our tour even more enjoyable. Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Our stay at Lilli's house was just perfect....Lilli organized everything well...Directions... reception by Giovanni ....small provisions....communication also great with her....responds immediately....the house is a small gem and the garden with the many exotic trees, the view of the mountains, the great pool, the tranquility, just wonderful. Giovanni is the good soul of the estate and always has a tip in stock...the surroundings are great, especially we liked the ornate Parrini. Thanks Lilli for the super hospitality! We had a wonderful time, and loved your pool. Hope to come back sometime....

This is a gem of a place located just in between Santa Flavia and Bagheria, just 20km from Palermo. It is an ideal place to stay on a quiet and large nature-filled property. Everything matches the description and my wife and I had a great and relaxing time. During the day we would drive around and sights in the area or take the train which is 20 mins away from downtown Palermo. But at night we could retreat to peace and quiet and be surrounded by nature -- cactuses, trees, etc. Marida, the host, was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful -- she greeted us during check-in and spoke to us at length about many things to do in the area and was incredibly warm and wonderful. She was so kind, I felt like I had family nearby (she and her husband also live in a separate house on the property). The dog, BonBon who is a St. Bernard was always there too to greet us with enthusiastic love, and the 2 cats also were always vigilant and kept watc. We loved our this place and want to come back!

Fantastic week for two families at the villa. We had a brilliant time in the sunshine. We made it to a few.of the recommendations, too.
