Holiday rentals with beach access in Trabia

This was our second stay at Alessandra’s Casa sul di Mare. We have only done the same AirBnB at this special place since traveling. It is the best location for the view and allows our daughter to play all day on the beach while we can see her right from the room. It has the best restaurants within a block and entertainment. It is historical and makes you feel like you transported back in time. Alessandra is a beautiful host and had the best recommendations for Cefalu. She was very helpful when our daughter was not well and offered to arrange for her to see a doctor. Only in Sicilia do you have such compassion and welcoming hosts like Alessandra. Grazie mille ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

The place was perfect, everything as described in the advertisement. Communication with Guiseppe was great, he showed us everything on site and was always available. We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Great place to stay if your going to visit other parts of Sicily. Elena was lovely and helpful, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or better host.

Stefania was an incredible host!! She gave us many recommendations for local restaurants to get the authentic Palermo experience! The beaches nearby were gorgeous. Well worth what we paid, Mondello is a beautiful area. We felt right at home! I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed in Giselda and Colin's apartment for 6 nights. Very nice that we were met at the gas station downstairs, so we could drive up after them. Excellent apartment, with terrace where you have a beautiful view. The sea is as wide as the crow flies but without a car it is heavy. We drove down where we reached a nice small beach overlooking Cefalú via a path. Apartment is well equipped.. we did not cook but everything is there to do so. Dishwasher and washing machine are what was very nice. In addition to Cefalú, there are many beautiful places to visit that are worth visiting, including: Castelbuono, Santa Stefano di Camastra, Castel di Tusa and others. Definitely recommendable

Perfect location to explore Cefalu and surroundings. Located on the water on the edge of the old section. Terrace above the beach where you can view the sunset. Walking in Le Madonie is recommended. In the stay there is everything you need.

A delightful, warm , helpful and friendly host. The property was a good size, tidy and well decorated. The location was perfect as you could walk to the beach , restaurant and amenities in no time . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This is a great apartment, with a perfect location - on the seafront, a few minutes walk to the sany beach, and surrounded by many restaurants / bars / shops. Everything you could need is included with this Airbnb, and the off street parking is a real bonus. On our next return to Mondello, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Gorgeous property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Flo is the most fabulous host, providing wonderful information before arrival (including a video to help find the property and how to check in) and sent recommendations for restaurants. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the kayak/paddleboards as we missed the day when the sea was calm, but we instead went into the mountains (reached within a couple of minutes) and did a quad bike tour which was fun. Would love to return !

Alcamo Marina is a beach town, which is why you live right on the beach, which is great, but to go shopping really well you definitely need a car. A nice cafe is a few houses away. The location is good to reach many great places and sights by car (the nature reserve with hiking trail and swimming coves is particularly recommended) The road in front of the house is sometimes noisy when individual cars/motorcycles are racing along. However, this is not a permanent state, so only occasionally. The apartment is large, clean and has a great terrace. The beds are good. The amenities are good, however, the kitchen is missing large cutting knives for cooking. The communication with Stefano was very friendly and he always responded immediately. The check-out was totally uncomplicated (leave keys in the apartment). Upon arrival, there was a Sicilian candy as a welcome. Very nice! We would definitely rent the apartment again.

Roberto's villa is breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed as a family of all ages from kids to grandparents and everything was wonderfully thought out. Roberto was there to welcome us and his generosity was unsurpassed from helping with our first shop to local restaurant recommendations, we cannot thank you enough for making it such a wonderful trip! The pool was spotless and the layout great for a big group! The photos do not do this place justice. Would have loved to use the pizza oven, next time for sure...we cannot wait to return xx

Wonderful place right on the water. Gives an amazing view up and down the coast. The outdoor kitchen with rolling doors was such a great idea. My wife and I found it a perfect spot for a glass of wine and some cheese on the cooler spring nights we were there. Special shoutout for having the electric heater available that we used outdoors. Paulo was always responsive. Great place with easy travel to Palermo and Cefalù and your own parking spot. So much fun!

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Great place and Great Location!

One of the best places and experiences we've had in our Italian travels around Sicily which overall a great pleasure and offered plenty of diversity & variety. Exceptional hosting & incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The place is state of the art in terms of functionality, cleanliness, amenities - in reach to charming walks. Very close to the sea, perfect for a sunset passeggiata.

Very happy with Marias AirBnb! We found it very functional, very clean, everything is new and it is well suited for a family with two children (and there would also be space for a baby). There is also a terrace and a balcony behind the bedroom. The flat is well located for excursions. Restaurants, beaches and supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away. The apartment was exactly as described, no bad surprises await you here, on the contrary! The communication with Maria was very good, she always answered us immediately and was very helpful and very friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. All in all top and we can absolutely recommend Maria's AirBnb. Thank you very much :-)

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful flat. It is better than the photos. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated - we could have stayed a month! Cefalu is gorgeous - there are tourists of course but it feels like a place Italians are also living - not like being in a place just for tourists. The location of the flat could not be better - short walk to beach and close to the main square and shopping street. Not far from train station either.

Our stay in Mondello was wonderful. Enrico is a responsive and very friendly host. The accommodation was pristinely clean, nicely decorated , spacious, and had a veranda with a view that can’t be beat. It is located directly across from the beach, is close to many great restaurants, walkable, safe and well lit. Enrico’s recommendations helped us to narrow down our choices.

We spent 1 week vacation in April 2025 at Eliana and Davide's home. We were 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 12. We arrived from Trapani airport by car, late at night, and Eliana guided us perfectly to get to the apartment. The instructions were perfectly accurate. Eliana was very available during our stay, in case we needed anything. The space: The accommodation was perfectly clean, comfortable, well equipped with beautiful sea views from the bedroom and from the terrace. We were able to enjoy the sun by the pool with the sunbeds, the kids were delighted. The beautiful sandy beach is 5 minutes walk , the water was a little too cool in early April, we just watched it:) The location is really great for visiting this part of the island. Perfect stay! The accommodation is amazing, and the views from the pool are unreal. Paola and Angelo are very welcoming and friendly. We will certainly miss the morning sweet treats that were left for us! The apartment is walking distance to Mondello bay where there are lots of bars and restaurants. We had a hire car and there was space to park this at the property. Our only complaint - that we didn’t stay longer!
