Monthly Rentals in Towson

I had the best experience staying here! Gia was incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. For the first time in a while, I was able to get a full night of restful sleep. While I’m not a tourist—I live in Towson—this location was closer to my kids, and the stay gave me a much-needed break. Plus, she sent someone to clear up the snow! It truly exceeded my expectations!

Maura was very friendly during our conversations. She had quality products for shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. She had a couple water bottles in the fridge and a dessert on the table for when we arrived. The mattress was huge and the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on! The only small issue(s) were the pet fee and hearing the people above us. I may have misread the details in the advertisement of her place but I didn’t realize there was a pet fee. So I had to pay that extra but Maura did give me a discount. Additionally, I could tell by the pics that Maura’s place was a renovated basement of a single family home. But with that being said, if someone is staying on the main floor, it’s pretty easy to hear their walking and voices throughout the night. Luckily we were just stopping by for one night to break up a long car ride and I had earplugs but it may have been more bothersome if I was staying for a longer time.

This is the second leg of my two week stay. Suzanne is the best host. She is very accommodating and understanding of our situation. We had very good communications during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A short drive to Johns Hopkins Hospital. I highly recommend Suzanne’s suite anytime you’re in the Baltimore area.

Great space easy access to downtown, Towson and general areas. The listing was clean and fit my needs. Good price. Richard was responsive to my questions and made me feel welcome. Would definitely stay there again!
