We offer a quiet 35m2 T1 in the city center with a 20m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator. Two minutes from City Hall, the Courthouse and the Vinci Convention Centre. The apartment has just been renovated. We do not live there intermittently when we work in Tours.
