Very great area that is perfectly connected. I have been to Rome several times and would go back to Jochen's place again and again. The neighborhood is really great, you can get to the bus to get downtown super fast, has shopping, bars and great cafes right on the piazza around the corner - Testaccio is a dream come true! Everything in the apartment was also fine and clean :)

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay in Luca’s apartment. It was big enough for us and our 3 yr old + had everything we needed for our stay - fully stocked kitchen, comfy bedding, washing machine, air con/heating, good size bathroom & super fast wifi. The location of the apartment is so good. We think Campo De Fiori is the best place to stay in Rome. There is so much in Campo De Fiori + it is central to all the major sites - we went everywhere on foot & nothing felt too far. The apartment itself is in a beautiful, lively square, which has a couple of restaurants - super convenient for morning coffees & a quick bite to eat. It is lively until late on weekends, but this didn’t bother us & didn’t impact our three-year old sleeping perfectly through the night! I found it a fantastic atmosphere to get amongst when entering or leaving the apartment. Luca’s contact was also really good. Super responsive & everything you’d want from a host. We’ll definitely look to stay here again next time we’re Rome

Excellent apartment in a bohemian neighbourhood, plenty of places to eat and drink with Romans, and one stop from Termini on the B line. Appt has all the amenities, was very clean, and very tidy: host clearly takes this very seriously. Recommended.

Nearby to the Metro Station, a lot of stores nearby, responsive host with a lot of recommendation.

The bed is comfortable and location is an easy walk to Piazza Navona. For the hot water heater, make sure to turn on with a couple hours to heat the water for showers. The key is an older door lock, so turn it a couple times for the bolt to unlock. Watch the instructional video for access too.

Andrea was a wonderful host. Prompt with contacting me and very helpful with checkin details and local recommendations, friendly and welcoming. The flat is beautiful, clean and spacious and in a quite area that is close to local transport.

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

This is a very very good host. Marianne made our family holiday to Rome very very easy and pleasant. Some tips: 7min in walk to train station. Neighborhood is very local. No tourists. Great spots coffee and breakfast. You can walk to the colosseum- 60 mins. For everything else we caught the train.

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Great place. Exactly matches the description. The proximity to public transportation and many restaurants is appreciated after a day of walking around town. Cristina is really welcoming and very kind.

Francesco's place is fantastic. It's less than 5 minutes walking from Ottaviano subway station (where you can take the subway to various places), 15 minutes walking distance to Saint Peter's square, 20 minutes walking to Castel Sant'Angelo. It's located in a very nice neighborhood, with cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of 5 people, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen attached to the living room is quite convenient, with various appliances at your disposal. To top it all, the breakfast vouchers for Mozart Cafe just across the street was an amazing surprise, and Francesco is a super star host. We will definitely stay at his place again whenever we travel back to Rome.

Robertos Airbnb was just as pictured and described! He was very responsive and gave perfectly clear instructions on how to find the home and check in that really helped. We needed a place to stay for our final two days in Italy and his home was a very short walk from Romes Termini station which was just what we were looking for. It felt safe to walk around at night and we not only had the central market to eat at, there were also local spots we checked out that were great (Trattoria Cecio, a 5 minute walk from the home, was one of our favorite restaurants the entire trip!). If you need a spot right next to the train station I highly recommend Roberto’s Airbnb! (Do be advised: As of April 14th, 2025 some apartment close by was having construction done that was quite loud and starts right at 9 am)

Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

We have just returned home after a lovely week in Rome. The apartment was very nice, classically furnished with no flaws. The cleaning was top notch. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We unfortunately needed medical help and here we received help and support from the hosts so that our meeting with the Italian healthcare system was safe and we got the right help. All in all, a really good experience that we would recommend to others.

The Colliseum was just a few minutes walk away from the air bnb! Super convenient because most things are centered around this area. The jacuzzi was a major plus and was working perfectly. We had a late night coming back and it was the perfect touch to watch the night lights and relax from all the walking. There are a lot of restaurants and breakfast palaces nearby. My favorite was going to get coffee at this little cafe just a few minutes down. The Airbnb was clean and cute for us two as a couple and we couldn’t really ask for more! Thank you for a great place to crash on a whimsical trip with my honey :)

beautiful apartment with private jacuzzi, perfect for a short immersion in relaxation near Rome. The interior spaces not very large could be a little limiting in case of bad weather, but the terrace is the bathtub are completely worth the price of the accommodation. Host available and accurate, definitely recommended!

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

We got great instructions for check-in, complete with detailed photos. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, but they sent two guys over in 20 minutes and it was fixed and worked fine from then on. Parking for cars is very difficult (as in all of Italy!), but there were plenty of spaces at the metro station a short walk away. The close metro station makes it easy to get into the center of Rome (but watch out for pickpockets, my wallet was taken while on a crowded train!).

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Very convenient location, close to shops , restaurants and all the prime locations to visit . The entire place was very clean with all the basic essential provided.
