Marissa's cabin was exactly as promised! This was are 4th year of coming to Leesville Lake to fish. The fishing this year was not the best and I'm pretty sure the drought is over, can't control the weather. Staying at the cabin was a total pleasure, the enclosed porch area is very comfortable and a great place to spend a rainy day! We were able to enjoy a outside fire on our first night, and totally enjoy the night time calming sounds of the lake, the owl every evening was a plus. When we were unable to spend our evening outside around the fire ring the fireplace in the living room was a great replacement, there is nothing like a fire and watching a movie to relax. It was very nice not having TV and all the political commercials. If you are looking for a beautiful place to get away and relax this is the place.

Enjoyed 2 nights for New Years Eve with my sisters, mom, and our children. Plenty of space to spread out,but also big enough living area to all be together as well! Outside area looks great and we would definitely consider coming back when weather is better and we can enjoy everything this place has to offer!

Chad home feels like you’re at home. It’s always neat and clean and very responsible host. The house was exactly like the pictures and always there are always available for you anytime you have a question. I would always come back to any of his 🏠 houses they’re very comfortable and lots of room just like their pictures.

Gorgeous stay! Loved the private balcony. Very quiet- even though there were neighbors and homes all around, our stay felt very private. Conveniently located to so many local festivities. Easily walkable street/private drive for furry friends. Host was very accommodating, available, and kind- this stay met all our weekend getaway needs! Highly recommend.

This rental was perfect for our family ! The location was so close to home and allowed us to explore Butler street restaurants and shops! Loved the exposed brick, simple decor and the clean, cozy places to sleep! We will be back! The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed!

Amazing property. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The views of the lake are beautiful. Felt right at home from the moment you walk in. Comfy beds and the decor was just perfect. So much to do, even in the winter. Pool table, foosball table, board games, plenty of tv’s. Everyone loved it. We already have plans to stay again.

I was only at the Grand Teton for one night but it was the perfect stay for my holiday road trip. The cabin had everything my dogs and I needed for our night and they loved the treats left behind by the cleaner. 🐶 (Thank you for being a dog-friendly Airbnb with no hidden/high fees, they are so rare to find!) We would happily return to Kodi’s resort oasis in the future!
