It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

Good place to stay in a good location. As described on the site. There is a fishing and spearfishing shop in the next building, which was an additional advantage for me. The disadvantages of the problem with the internet. Christ responded to this issue and replaced the equipment, but the low speed from the provider did not make it possible to use the Internet comfortably. And the mobile internet, unfortunately, is also very bad in this place. If this is not a problem, then the apartment of Christ is a great option, especially for a large group.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Alexander was a great host. The apartments were as described, but to be clear they are separate apartments. They were flexible with our delayed arrival which was greatly appreciated.

Yannis was a fantastic host, super friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The house was great, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Bonus cool thing- a fisherman drives by the house almost every day with fresh fish, we grilled them and it was phenomenal.

Do not miss Themida's house when you visit Chaniotis. We were two families with kids and spent 9 unforgettable days. The place is exceptional, close to the beach and the tavernas in the city centre. You can also do BBQ on the porch if you prefer to stay in the house. Themida is super friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit it again.

Had a wonderful time ! The apartment is just as described, the kitchen is well equipped. The terrace and views are a dream. We were greeted very nicely with homemade pastries, Ifigenia's mother even brought us food. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a great stay at Michael's place. The villa was nice, spacious, welcoming and well-equipped. The outside was very well-maintained, with beautiful greenery and having the pool was amazing! We really enjoyed the calmness of the villa and the fact we felt a bit separated from everyone. One thing I need to mention is that the beach is around 12-15 minutes away walking though a dirt road and it is not necessarily a beach you would choose to spend your time in. Also, there wasn't a bar or a restaurant on it, which we expected from the photos and communication. This was a bit of a surprise because we planned to use the access to those things and were a bit let down by the lack of options for beach or eating without a car. So keep in mind if you want to go to an actual beach or dine outside the home you would need a car or a taxi (taxis are hard to find). Other than that everything was really nice, the hosts were responsive to our needs and the area is really beautiful!

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.

Giorgos is a great host and takes very good care of his guests and their wellbeing. He helps with restaurant tips and activities that can be done in the area and Chalkidiki region.

We were welcomed by an extremely helpful and kind host, explained everything about the place, surrounding area, places to visit, restaurants, etc. The villa is modern, cozy, amazing terrace and views. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs a truly peaceful and great vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in Polihrono with our two kids, and this place was perfect for our family! The flat was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was great, close to the beach and local amenities, making it convenient to explore the area. Our host was absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had. They made us feel truly welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with kids. We can't wait to come back again!

The appartment is brand new and well equipped with beautiful view towards the sea visible from the second floor. Very friendly host. The place is run by a family, so everything is arranged with care. For instance, the place was cleaned every second day with change of towels and bed sheets, which we found very helpful as we travelled with 2 small kids. The place is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is wild/ usually empty and overall the location is perfect if you want to have a bit remote stay. The beach is maybe not the best for kids who cannot yet swim, however, it has its own charm. In close proximity we found also more shallow sandy beaches as well as small cosy villages which were nice to visit.

It's a nice quiet village, perfect for families with kids. A lot of kids to make new friends, Greek, Serbian or Bulgarian. The house is equipped for living, so you can prepare your own food. There is a small but well stocked supermarket in the village, and bigger stores (Discount and OK Deli) within 1 km. Delivery vans bring fresh fish and fruit almost every day. Good communication with the host.

Iliana's place is very pleasant. The house is situated in a gated complex with a very nice beach, surrounded by lots of trees providing natural shades. The place is excellent for a peaceful vacation away from the crowds.

The garden was really very very nice. Forget about everything else, the garden is enough to decide to stay here. Plus the only-3-minute-walk to the beach. We were two families (with one kid each). I, my wife and son stayed in the caravan. It was much better for us since we are actually caravan people. The other family stayed in the house which was small but enough for 3 persons. Using separate spaces is great when you are two families. The stuff in the house and the caravan may seem old at first, but they are both clean. I felt very comfortable in the caravan. My friend who slept at the sofa in the house had slight complaints but it is no big deal (I think). There is a shower in the garden, as well ad the garden is just as it looks in the pictures. All in all, you spent most of the time in the garden (if summer) which is great, especially if you have kids. Sarantis was so friendly, nice and helpful. He even helped us with the internet connection which did not exist before us.

The house is huge with everything you need for a nice holiday, including basic groceries in the kitchen - water, flour, sugar, spices, etc. Lovely views from the veranda and surrounding nature. The yard is also very big, but not really suitable for small children to play. The beach across the road is very private and natural, it is more rocky than sandy. The host is very friendly, responsive and proactive. Overall, we had a relaxing and happy holiday.

First of all many thanks to Christina for the wonderful stay, it's always nice to know that you can contact the host at any time if you have questions or problems and you will be helped immediately. The accommodation is really fantastic, even better than in the pictures! Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay. If you like to spend your vacations in quiet, relaxed areas then this is the right place for you. The view is amazing, the beach is small but gives you enough room to chill on a sun lounger. The water is crystal clear with some stones in the first two meters but after that it gets completely sandy. I would recommend to wear water shoes. Some complained about the traffic noise, but we didn’t notice any of that. You also definitely need a car to explore Halkidiki and to reach the nearest supermarket, fish shop, restaurants etc. at Neos Marmaras. If you like seafood I would highly recommend you to visit Taverna Ta Kymata, best seafood we had in a long time.
