Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Topsail Beach

I was so pleasantly pleased with how amazing the house was! It was so cool how close it was to the park, and a quick drive away from everything else... My favorite part was the hot tub, fire place, and backyard for games! We truly had the best time and can't wait to go back!

My girlfriend and I have stayed here multiple times over the last two years. Our favorite spot, highly recommend.

This home is was a great option for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Had plenty of room and utensil’s. The living space was great and worked well for our family. Having the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The high chair and crib plus the pack and play was perfect for our grandchildren. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and all our guests commented about how comfortable the beds were which is important. Great location with plenty of things around. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area with a large family.

We booked Kathleen’s place for our family Christmas vacation and it was everything we were looking for! Comfortable beds, open living space, dog friendly and the hot tub was a great amenity for us! The home was clean and comfortable and being able to have our dogs with us for the holidays was truly worth every penny- thank you so much Kathleen!

Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a welcoming sign reading "Welcome to Rayfield." Inside, the kitchen held a delightful arrangement of chocolates, hinting at the pleasant experience ahead. The house, though appearing small from the exterior, offered surprisingly spacious interiors—four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath. It was truly wonderful and a worthwhile investment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carol's and hope to return in the future, should she be available.

We had an amazing time in Wilmington. Our host made our trip even better than we thought it could. Be amazing hosts and highly recommend.

This was an amazing place to stay. although I wasn’t feeling very well due to the weather change, I was still able to enjoy myself because of the cleanliness of their Air BNB. The views from the kitchen room were great, the walk out to the end of the dock is unforgettable, and how can you not enjoy a hot tub, especially with those dang views! Mrs Maribeth was slow to respond but her and her husband were both very nice and made sure I had what I needed. I will be visiting again and recommending to many friends and family who want to visit the area! :)

My wife and I booked for a weekend getaway and we couldn’t be more delighted. PRIVATE is what we were looking for and privacy is what we got. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and I even TRIED to catch a fish, with the provided fishing equipment. No luck there, but otherwise the weekend was perfect. Very close by was the Float Spa where we booked a float session. It was great. Highly recommend. So the property seems to be a work in progress. Even with all of the great amenities they are adding upgrades. The fire pit area is new and we brought a bundle of wood and enjoyed the area Saturday night. We only encountered neighbors when driving in and out (friendly wavers). Very quiet…and did I mention PRIVATE. We will be back and will book another float spa visit too. Thanks for a great Pre-Valentine weekend.

My family chose to stay in Rebecca’s home during the weekend of Ironman 70.3 NC and it was the perfect choice! The house and backyard are beautiful and the house was spotless. Rebecca was incredibly communicative, easy to get a hold of, and seemed to think of everything to make us feel welcome & at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking both nights we were there. We had an awesome time hanging out back on the patio, cold plunging in the pool (in October), and relaxing in the hot tub. Would 100% stay here again and the area/experience had us thinking about how to get down to Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach more!
