Holiday houses in Pender County

Todd's place was just right for our visit to Wilmington. We were there to help our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home, so the location close to Leland was perfect. We were able to come back each night and relax, the use of the hot tub was an added bonus. Todd was friendly and his home was also very dog friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay! Samantha was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process from booking through the stay. Home was very clean and looked just like the photos. Easy access to the beach! Loved that we had a partial view of the beach and a great view of the inter coastal! So beautiful and peaceful! Also appreciated the first responder discount. The only one negative was the refrigerator did not get or stay very cold. Would definitely go back again!!

Our stay at Alisa’s place was excellent. The home had everything we needed, was beautifully remodeled and furnished, and was very clean. Alisa responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach vacation! Can’t beat the location, with coffee on the deck over looking the ocean every morning. We all had our own space and decks to hangout on. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in. Why leave when you have ocean front!? The beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids toys were great to have. The elevator came in handy bringing up our luggage and groceries. We ran out of toilet paper and hand soap, that was unexpected so make sure you bring some! Also, Steep cleaning fee to do laundry before we leave. But it was nice not having to bring down our own sheets and towels. Barbara was great communicating with anything we needed, thanks for a great Surf City vacation!

This place was outstanding and we loved the location. Easy access to beach and everything you need in walking distance or a short drive. I would have liked to have had more kitchen items-very limited if you like to cook. Example there was only one small knife and it was extremely dull. I’d also like to suggest more toilet paper and paper towels are available for guests. Only 6 small roles of TP and one paper towel. I don’t expect to have to purchase these items. However because of how clean, modern decor, and comfy the location was I scored them a 5.

Had a great stay here over Christmas! Lovely house that suited our needs, and a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Communication was top notch, and they even graciously let us come back to grab something left behind after we had already checked out.

House is gorgeous and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. It was difficult to find; the street marker indicated in directions had disappeared & numbers to the house (after turning from main road and on a dirt road) were barely visible. Had to have someone come out to main road to lead me in. Plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. Weather was too cold to enjoy the outdoors. would definitely stay there again.

The house was great and met our needs! The manager was friendly and responsive. This would be a great place for a family to stay - lots of beds for sure! The back yard is quite large but not enclosed, so if I had little kids id keep an eye on them as the street it is on is busy and has a 45 mph speed limit. TVs in every room was nice - when we needed space there was a way to get away and have some quiet time. There is an outdoor shower that is private. It’s winter so we didn’t use it but it looked like fun for warm weather! Plenty of sheets, towels, blankets, etc.
