A beautiful little cottage with fabulous views, big windows at the front that overlooks the dam. Very comfortable. Peaceful and relaxing with lots to see around the area. Justine was brilliant with communication . 2 Cute dogs came an greeted us each day as well, we have a great weekend away, would definitely recommend.

The cottage exceeded our expectations. The gardens were stunning. We did it realise how beautiful they are. We could not have asked for anything else for breakfast and decent coffee was provided. The furnishings were very fitting and gave the cottage a homely feel. We loved waking up to the antics of the peacock. Our stay was so relaxing we did not feel let down by the rain over the weekend. We would definitely recommend this place to any couple visiting Tenterfield and would love to get back there ourselves.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Claire's homestead. It is a beautiful property with so much character and charm in a lovely peaceful setting. It was the perfect place to unwind and escape from the norm. Claire was a pleasure to meet and she and Rod generously showed us around their farm, a real bonus for us all. Swimming and kayaking in the creek was great fun, and exploring the area was a real treat, even in the rain. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 nights with our dog and loved it, just what we needed. Peaceful, beautiful view, great listening to the birds in the morning and waiting for the kangaroos to show in the afternoon. Cottage was extremely clean and well maintained. And the homemade wine was excellent.

We had 1 brief night here but it the kind of place you could easily hunker in for far longer . Comfy bed , hot shower great location .

The outdoor amenities are a highlight—a BBQ, a firepit with grilling attachments, & a charming outdoor tub heated by fire coals add to the experience. Situated on a working farm, there’s plenty to explore & enjoy if you’re looking to immerse yourself in country life. Wildlife enthusiasts will also love the possibility of spotting koalas, which are sometimes seen in the nearby reserve (just 5min away) or even on the property itself. Andrea & Jim, the hosts, were exceptionally responsive & helpful, going above & beyond to ensure we were safe & comfortable, even during some unexpectedly wild weather. As an added bonus, the coast is only a 25mins drive away for some surf, sun & fun. You wont be disappointed!

What an unexpected delight. Looking for somewhere to stay while we visited Boonah to go to Blume restaurant, I was surprised this was available Elat very short notice and it’s right next door! The property is huge. It’s everything you see in the pictures. Heaps of quirky features in every nook and cranny. So big and so crammed with interesting things I kept putting my phone down and losing it! Will return,

Peaceful location, plenty of space for a game of cricket and for morning walks. Sarah was a friendly and responsive host. R The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay with plenty of room. Would certainly stay here again!
