Monthly Rentals in Toney River

We have stayed at Wendall's place twice in both of his units. Obvious care has been taken to select furnishings that work well with the space. The hot tub is huge hit with our bowling team. Place was well organized, tidy and clean. Wendall has always responded promptly. Look forward to out next stay.

We had a fabulous stay at this cute little cottage. It was very clean, had absolutely everything one would need to just move right in for a few days. All we brought was our groceries and clothes. It’s very close to several beaches. Having morning coffee under the willow trees was also so relaxing. The area itself is very quiet and serene. A great place to unplug and disconnect from the chaos of everyday life.

We had a brief stay at the cottage which was everything we thought it would be.We had an amazing time and would diffinitly do it again.The only downfall is we only booked a one night stay ,next time we will book for the whole weekend and enjoy more of the sights.

We were so fortunate to spend spring break at Mark's place with our 3 kids. Upon walking in the view of the ocean is breathtaking. Mark has done an impeccable job renovating this place. The kitchen is a dream (hello gas oven ❤️) and the shower is super cool. The basement was perfect for our two older kids to have their own space. We really appreciated all the games and activities he provided - hours of fun just with monopoly and scrabble. That's the thing about this place - being inside it is a vacation in itself. So many touches to this place that make it stand out from the many others we have stayed. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us.
