The inside of the house is clean and suitable for two suitcases. In particular, the bed placed in the accommodation is really comfortable, so you can fall asleep as soon as you lie down. The host, Rainbow, is responsive and very friendly. Very recommended🤍

SPICA is a terrific place to stay. As a single traveller my stay at the Secret Base was perfect. Handy to trains and lots of restaurants. Kawaguchi has tight knit community feel that I really liked. Finally Emiko is a super great host, always responsive and helpful for all my needs. Highly recommended!

It was the best place to stay. The place was clean and convenient, it was also cozy and the surrounding noise was no problem. The location is a 5-minute walk from the big grocery store and hot springs, so it was easy to visit, the park is beautiful, and you can go directly to central Tokyo in 30 minutes from Shimurasakaue Station, which is a 10-minute walk away. The room is equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, stove, and heater, and if you turn on the heater, it wasn't cold even in winter. The bathroom was a little small, but there was also a bathtub and it was clean. Above all, the host is so kind and great at checking in and out. He responds quickly to messages and answers questions well. It was perfect as a place to stay for an extended trip to Tokyo. If I ever come back to Tokyo for a longer trip, I will choose this place again.

Great house, it was super Clean and very or comfortable. You felt like it was your own home. The Train station was also really close, and no trouble finding anything. The neighborhood was really quiet and friendly. The Host is very, Kind and also response super fast, he was really helpful and understanding if there was a question. Definitely recommend the place for anyone who is looking for a great house, a good location and a nice host.
