The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Large and spacious house where two floors(240 m²) are at the disposal of our guests. The house is decorated with new and modern furniture. The living rooms equipped with Samsung 65 and 75 "TVs. Porch, balcony and garden belong to the house. The house is located next to Gothenburg's largest park Slottsskogen and the Botanical Garden. Close to restaurant dense Mariaplan and Linné. Tram stop next to the house takes you to the city center. Two car spaces are included in the rent, more are available to rent if desired.

Amazing house with beautiful sea view

Green Villa is a charming and tastefully renovated wooden villa from the 1920s, close to both the beach and the west coast cliffs but at the same time Gothenburg's city center a few minutes away. The house's newly built terraces bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you enjoy a great view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away you will also find both outdoor air area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

Modern, newly-built villa completed in 2021! Here you live with 2.8 km to the coastal gem of Hunnebostrand & its cozy community with its shops, harbors & wonderful bathing spots. The residence is located between two stables on calm street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, there is Sotelden next door & to Ramsvikslandets nature reserve, it is 9.2 km. To cozy Kungshamn, Smögen, Bovallstrand & Fjällbacka, you can quickly get there by car.

Nice and bright villa in Kyrkesund. Plenty of room and well-equipped. Close, 400 meters, to child-friendly swimming area. Take the ferry over to Härön for nice walks and rock swimming. Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cozy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location for those looking to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.
