The place was good from inside. The look of the building from outside may not seem appealing as it's an old apartment, perhaps from 1930s. But, the house is beautifully decorated in the inside and offers an amazing view of the Kanchenjunga from every room. We had the entire place to ourselves, so it offers privacy. Hemanto, the caretaker was very responsive and friendly. He was always available for all our queries and everything we needed. I can't really thank Marina, the helper, enough. She helped us with the chores. She kept the house squeaky clean. I traveled with three senior citizens, one of them couldn't travel most of the days and stayed in, Marina heated and served her the food we kept and stayed till she ate. There are a few cons: - There are forty steep stairs to climb. This should be highlighted instead of just mentioning in a sentence in the long description. - The bathroom ceiling in the first bedroom is broken and the bathroom stinks.

We had a comfortable time at this place. The view of Kanchenjunga was beautiful from there. The room is exactly as described and in a good locality. The host was very friendly and greeted us with a Darjeeling tea every morning and set up campfire at night whenever requested. It's a good area and i recommend choosing this place to stay.

They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. A special shoutout to Zabir, whose warm hospitality and global perspective (thanks to his years in Canada) truly elevated the experience. His responsiveness and thoughtful touches made our trip even more special. If you're looking for a blend of natural beauty, cultural charm, and impeccable hospitality, this is the perfect place!!

I had a wonderful stay at Avinay’s place in Darjeeling! The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the mountains, and the cozy interiors made me feel right at home. Avinay was an exceptional host, always responsive and accommodating, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The warmth and hospitality truly added to the charm of my trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Darjeeling!

Our stay at Abhinav’s apartment, Crimson, was truly delightful, thanks to its excellent facilities and prime location. As he mentions, the Mall (Chowrasta) and Glenary’s are just a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a charming little hostel, Tara Place, nearby, serving delicious coffee and a full English breakfast until 11 am. The host has thoughtfully provided all relevant information, including the Wi-Fi password, recommended restaurants, and contact numbers for taxi and bike services. The young property caretaker, Pranesh, was always just a phone call away—he even kindly lent us his hairdryer when we braved the freezing cold to wash our hair! The well-equipped kitchen was a great convenience, and the big flask was a particularly thoughtful touch, which we made good use of. Another highlight was the bed warmers, ensuring we stayed cosy and toasty all night. We highly recommend Crimson to anyone visiting Darjeeling and would love to stay here again!

We had a relaxing and rejuvenating stay at Izom Him Homestay. The host was very responsive and caring, the Manager Raj was equally responsible and prompt. The food served by Pronita was homely and had amazing flavours. Only downside is the approach to the homestay which our host had well informed us. I wish the roads are mended pretty soon for easy access. We faced no difficulties in the commute as Raj had helped us with pick and drop services. Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at Sugam's place. The homestay was cozy and comfortable, the surrounding was picturesque, and our host as very warm and welcoming. The experience was one of its kind. Everything was perfect, will definitely recommend if you want a break from the hustle bustle of the city and spend your time reconnecting with nature.

The Property was absolutely beautiful and an awesome getaway for families. Ayan was very helpful and shared great advice and recommendations. Kalpana didi was the icing on the cake for being hospitable and her cooking was Top Class.
