Wonderful little place, the garden was lovely. Extremely walkable to the beach and town. Close to the bus. Pierre was a great host. He showed us the monkeys, and was quick to reply and very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. His generosity complimented our stay.

I always love staying at Moderno. The place was cozy and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the apartment is beautiful with a beautiful mirror for pictures. The owner was very communicative and responsive about any minor complaints that came up during the stay. Thank you again!

A lovely house in a safe location with friendly neighbours. The property was very comfortable and felt like home. Beverley's place is easy walking distance to beach, supermarket, bank, bus station/stops and eating places. Beverley was an excellent proactive host. Nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend.

We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was clean, and had all the basics needed if you wanted to make a meal. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, which was about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and 15 minutes to the bars, restaurants and shops and other beaches. The hosts were very accommodating, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would highly revommend.
