After spending more than eight years trying out various AirBNBs, this place has truly stood out as unmatched. Although we've stayed in locations with more breathtaking views or more luxurious homes, we've never encountered hosts who provided such exceptional service. The experience felt like staying with family—warm, welcoming, and with a genuine sense that nothing was ever too much trouble. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was remarkable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing personal touches that made our visit truly memorable. The property itself was amazing from top to bottom. Every room was not only well-appointed but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. When I say it was clean, I mean it was truly spotless—something that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this experience set a new benchmark.

Incredible location, great air BnB. We were able to walk down to the beach, were overwhelmed by the walkable breakfast options and discovered a new go-to for beers and good food (Falcon). We loved making this little air BnB our home for the weekend. Thanks for having us Warwick and Newy!

The Loft was perfection. Great location, close walk to dog beach, short drive to cafes, woolies, restaurants. The Loft was clean, very nicely decorated, and had super comfy beds. Zoe was very accommodating🙂 and responded quickly. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Caves Beach is a beautiful location and amazing for families. Sue's place was the perfect location - right near the beach with stunning water views and the view of the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight. The house was big, private and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang about. Will definitely be booking this place again for another family holiday.

Elizabeth’s place is a rare find. One minute walk to Dixon Park beach, very close to the Beaches Hotel, Merewether Surf House, and a short walk to the Junction precinct with a pub , cafes, restaurants and shops for everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped and very quiet and private. Elizabeth is a great host - friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. My second stay here and would come back anytime.

We had an amazing stay as a group of friends at this wonderful Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—having the beach just across the street made our trip truly special. Our host was exceptionally helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed, and provided great local recommendations. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. The only minor watchpoint is the 1.5 bathroom setup, but we made it work without any issues. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back!

I stayed for a quick getaway from Sydney with my husband and kids we loved the unit it was just right for us to still be comfortable the kids slept on the sofa and loved it. The pool was awesome and spent hours up there even though the weather wasn’t great we enjoyed using the hot tub. It was very convenient being on level due easy access to the pool which is great when travelling with kids :) Rose was amazing great communication and easy check In process will deff stay again

Booked this accommodation for a German work colleague, did not stay there myself. It was very easy communicating and getting responses from the Host and I would book through them again. In respect of the actual apartment I had no negative impressions from the colleague who actually stayed there so I gather it was acceptable.

For a penthouse it’s expected but the cost was a bit high compared to places we have stayed. However the place has amazing amenities private spa on the rooftop. Terri was an amazing host! Very accommodating with check in and flexible check out. Even accommodated an additional night for us! Highly recommend. Thank you hosting us definitely stay again for a weekend. Great fishing spots for the kids just across the road.

★★★★★ Perfect Coastal Escape! Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nicole's beautiful beach house. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches throughout the property. The location is unbeatable - just a short stroll to the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun whenever we wanted. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to easily pop back to the house for lunch or a quick break from the sun. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The nearby cafes and restaurants were great. The outdoor deck area was the best part to unwind during the evenings. Nicole was very friendly and gave several useful tips. Will definitely come again.

Hanna was such a great host! she was very prompt with her replies in relation to any questions we had and was very clear with her expectations of her property. she was also flexible with check in and check out times. this spot was absolutely beautiful. and the beds were so comfortable

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

Amazing place to stay! So close to the beach with a beautiful view and balcony to sit outside and relax! Very clean and tidy, Ang was very welcoming and accomodating if we needed anything. Close to the shops if needed but still in a nice quiet area.

Amazing location with fabulous waterfront views. So peaceful & private. Extra special with dolphins swimming past each day! Highly recommended.

Charlie and Sonya were great hosts. The place was beautiful and perfect for our little family weekend away. The beach was just a short walk and the kids had a blast.

Absolutely gorgeous stay at The Butler. Such a beautiful, humble beachside home with every amenity you could ask for. The weather was not on our side for half our stay, but there was plenty of board games to keep the little one occupied (and thank god for WIFI). For the days where we had sunshine, the back deck was a favourite - listening to the birds and the waves crashing while reading a book in the sun, it doesn’t get any better. A massive thank you to our hosts, we were lucky with an early check in and throughout our stay they were wonderful and attentive. It’s also worth noting how lovely the Budgewoi community is itself, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We will be back! Thank you again
